"Apart from the fact that the only elevator in the hotel was broken when I checked out in the morning and I had to carry my suitcase up three flights of stairs, there were no problems."

Overall, it was a great experience that provided the restful night we desperately needed. The Pros: * Thoughtful Room Design: The room was surprisingly spacious with a good-sized, comfortable bed. We were particularly impressed by the clever toilet door design—it can also be swung across to separate the shower area, offering a bit of extra privacy. * Great Bathroom: The shower had fantastic water pressure and came with complimentary Dove-sponsored shampoo and shower gel. * Perks & Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast is always a plus, and while the selection was mostly standard English breakfast items along with yogurt and cereal (okay, nothing extraordinary), the highlight was definitely the takeaway coffee option—fantastic if you need to grab and go for a flight. * Value & Location: The price and location are hard to beat for an airport stay. The Cons & Minor Notes: * The Walk: The only real con is that the walk from the airport to the hotel takes about 10 minutes. * The View: There isn't much of a view (ours looked out at the car park), but that didn't bother us at all since most guests are just there for a quick sleep and a shower. Final Verdict: All in all, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. It’s reasonably priced and very convenient, especially if you need a place to crash before catching an early morning flight (though it worked well for our late arrival, too!)."

"Never expected the hotel to look so good for a hotel that was refurbished, I would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for the best stay and standards of a hotel. Customer service and check in was amazing and so was the breakfast team. Would come again! You also have kayaking right outside of the hotel by the lake, if you’re looking for fun activities to get right onto once you step out of the hotel."

"This hotel is a great choice if you have an early flight from Luton Airport the next day, allowing you to get some extra sleep. The price is also better than hotels in central London. Compared to most city center hotels of the same caliber, the rooms here are larger and newer. The breakfast is a buffet and includes all the elements of a full English breakfast, and it starts as early as 4:30 AM. It's a 15-minute walk to the airport, or you can take a bus or taxi. Using the hotel's car service to book a taxi is quite expensive, around £17 for a short few-minute ride. However, I'd still be cautious crossing the road with kids, as there aren't any traffic lights."

"The hotel was perfectly adequate for its price. I stayed one night because I had an early flight. The front desk staff were very friendly and helped me with everything I needed. Both check-in and check-out were very fast, the bed was comfortable, the hot water worked, the sheets and towels were clean, and the room was generally clean, though it could have been cleaner. The room had a bathtub, but it didn't have a stopper, so you couldn't take a bath. The walls were very thin, and you could hear noise from other rooms, which, depending on your neighbors, could be an inconvenience. I would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is close to the train station which was very convenient. I was not expecting the room to be quite small. However the bed was very clean and I liked the dove products in the bathroom. Some things are slightly outdated and rusty like the sink but it was perfect for the night. Shops and the mall are very close and was able to grab some chai before a wedding function. Also easy to get picked up here with an uber/bolt/taxi as it has easy drop off and pick up spots."

"We was really disappointed this time due to dirty bedding, which was disgusting, also the hotel does not allow microwave use, which I could understand during covid but as no restriction thought this was unusual. "

"Friendly staff and very convenient for an early flight The staff at the hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. When I first checked in, I realised I had accidentally booked an accessible room — which was enormous and very, very clean. However, because it had a connecting door, someone in the neighbouring room tried to open their side, which completely startled me. When I went downstairs to mention it, the staff didn’t hesitate at all. They immediately offered to move me to another room where I wouldn’t have the anxiety of hearing someone try the connecting door. It was clearly very safe, but I really appreciated how quickly and kindly they responded. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant — the food was fairly average and a little on the expensive side, although the atmosphere was lively and, again, the staff were very friendly. One downside is that the walls seem quite thin. Around 12:30am a group checked in and were talking loudly in the corridor for about half an hour, which woke me up. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs. In fairness, I didn’t call reception at the time — and based on how helpful they were earlier, I suspect they would have dealt with it quickly. Checking out was easy, and I walked to the airport in the morning. It’s actually a very straightforward walk — especially once you get past the roundabout and go under the road. I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you have an early flight from Luton."

"Great location for the airport. Only a 10/15 minute walk. There is a bus service you can jump on to the airport just outside the hotel. The hotel serves food and drink and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but perfect for a night before an early morning flight. We have stayed here many times and would definitely recommend it for convenience to airport."

"I booked and paid for a superior room based on your offer, as I have stayed in this room before. However, I was given a shabby, small room, number 14. It seems rooms 14 and 15 are reserved for guests you no longer wish to see. The explanation from the friendly receptionist was that the hotel was fully booked, which was not true. She tried to make up for the situation with a practical gift from Champneys, but the claustrophobic room and the difficulty of accessing it with a large suitcase after a long journey were unpleasant. The hotel incorrectly judged me based on my attire, even though I intended to use their facial massage services, which were very professional, as were their massages and the products they use. Everything that was old seven years ago is now seven years older and even more worn out. Breakfasts are modest but healthy. They could use more fresh herbs, which they once grew in the spa gardens, now overgrown with weeds. Guests leave their plates and glasses on the lawn, and no one picks them up promptly. The spa lacks organization, except on weekends when older women step in to help, solving problems more quickly and efficiently. I am disappointed because it is not fair to deceive customers regarding room types. While the room lacked nothing and was regularly cleaned, it was next to a smelly toilet, and I was promised a superior room but given a standard one, as indicated on the temporary card received upon arrival. However, I must commend the lady who has diligently worked there for 30 years. It would be nice if she were friendly even when not promoting their services. If improvements are not made to the facilities and surroundings, there is no reason for me to return specially after the room switch and no difference in the price."
