Nice hotel in a good location. Strongly suggested for attendants in congress in the nearby Convention Center. However, it should provide several amenities such as slippers, body lotion, toothbrush etc

Loved the hotel. The workers were super friendly and helpful. Fantastic place to stay and quite close to a lot of attractions in the city.

It was perfect. We maybe needed more space for our luggage but it’s alright ! We had a French receptionnist for our Check out, it was easier. Thanks !

We love place,,beautiful without being extravagant, extremely clean place, an extraordinary conformable bed. The paid breakfast was excelent and the most important was its location. We walk to the national mall, all monuments, museums, restaurants and attractions.  We sure will choose Washington Plaza Hotel agramo and recommend to our friends and family. We are avid travelers and this is a gem of a Hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the subway. Overall, it could be a good hotel, but my experience was significantly affected by poor service. For example, the shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries were all empty upon arrival, and despite a five-day stay, they were never replenished. On most days, I also had to request coffee capsules, which then took hours to be delivered. The most disappointing part, however, was the checkout. I had arranged a late checkout for 1 p.m. with the reception, but at 12 noon, housekeeping tried to force the door open and shouted at me to leave. I will definitely not return.

The location is very good. Several museums that I want to visit are within walking distance. When I left, I left my wallet in the safe. The hotel also helped me find it and sent it to me. Thank you very much🙏

The location is good, just a 20-minute walk from the Museum of Natural History and other buildings, directly connected to the busiest avenue and City center DC. The hotel environment is quite elegant, but I have to mention that it is an old hotel. It is mainly about feelings. There is no hot water kettle in the room, and there is no microwave in the hotel. Free tea and coffee are provided in the morning. But that's it, I finally went to the nearby CVS to carry a bucket I came back to drink the mineral water... Generally speaking, the price/performance ratio is good, the room is clean, and the aesthetics are basically online. However, considering the inconvenience of the facilities, I will choose another place next time.

After a nitemare of forgetting my medication.. I became weak while online at the front desk. An attendant named () sorry I can't remember her name... She was Asian decent. Well, she led me to a seat.. gave me water and stayed with me until I stopped shaking. .. she gave me water. Thank you to her and the hotel for hiring top people who care. We will be visiting and staying here again .

하얏트 호텔은 이름값을 합니다 매우 깨꿋하고 청결합니다.잠을 평화롭게 자고 있는데 갑자기 새벽에 기계가 울리는 “웅~~~~” 소음때문에 잠을 깼어요. 그리고 크레딧 카드에서 $50.00 돈이 호텔에서 인출되어 있는데 혹시 주차비때문에 그런가요? 내차를 다른곳에 주차했어요. 발렛파킹하는 사람이 없어서 다른곳에 주차했어요. $50.00 돌려주세요.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was ok.
