We booked two deluxe double rooms. One was acceptable, a standard deluxe room, but the other was very disappointing. After we raised our concerns, we were moved to a different room. Although it was slightly better, it was still far from satisfactory: the sink wouldn't drain properly, which was quite inconvenient, and the entire bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell. The facilities were completely substandard for a 4-star hotel. It simply wasn't worth the price.
Nice hotel, our room was quiet as it was facing the courtyard. The bag of candies as amenities was a nice touch ! Very easy to park the car near by & walking distance from city center and Champagne houses. Good value for money in Reims !
The good parts of the stay were the location/cleanliness and the service - nothing to comment as they were perfect.
Below are some suggestion for improvement :-
There are no lockers in the rooms.
There is no pantry (Common place) or facility to warm the food or water.
The room doors are quite noisy. I guess they should install a soft closing mechanism as some people can be insensitive to others' comfort, even at night time.
Housekeeping is not regular (Daily) even if you stay for a week.
For showers, there is no Temperature control. Personally, I found the water relatively cold.
The location is the main catch - 7 mins drive to the airport and 1 min walk to the France/Swiss border. Bus stop is right in front of the property and the tram stop is just 4 mins away. The apartment is ok, just basic. The property is a bit old but well maintained but can use some renovations especially the carpet. I perceived a funny smell as I stepped into the room (I think it's from the carpet). The service is fantastic, the staff attends to you with smiles always. There's a private swimming pool . There's a kitchenette in the room with some essentials(fridge, kettle , pots, plates, microwave, cutlery , induction and co)though I didn't get to use them. The room is spacious but the shower room is small. The cleaning can be done better - found some hair strands on the floor, dust/stains on the chair and the barrier at the back door/balcony. I like that the main door is always locked and you are given a code to unlock it from outside, feels safe. There's someone at the front desk 24 Hours. There is a restaurant directly opposite the property, I had dinner there on my first night, not bad and the price is reasonable. More cafes, shops and restaurants down the street about 3/4 minutes walk. The Lady at the front desk assisted me to order a taxi to the airport. New hand towel and sponge in the kitchenette Overall, not bad and it's reasonably priced.
The hotel boasts very friendly and courteous staff.
The lobby is beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for walking into Colmar's city center. There are recommended restaurants and shops nearby. Free parking is also available nearby.
We didn't use the hotel's pool or fitness room.
Our room was on the first floor, directly above reception. The room was clean except for a few cobwebs on the ceiling.
Unfortunately, the poor quality and dilapidated condition of the furniture are immediately noticeable. There's hardly a piece of furniture that doesn't rattle, wobble, or even fall apart. The walls and curtains are also covered in black stains and streaks. I always find this a shame, and it diminishes the feel-good factor for me.
We slept well in our bed. We found the hotel quiet and weren't disturbed.
The breakfast room is beautifully decorated, bright, and well-equipped. However, when fully booked, it gets really cramped, in my opinion.
The staff was very present and quick to clear, clean, and refill the buffet. Everything was still there even in the last half hour.
We found the breakfast delicious and there was a sufficient selection. The croissants, bread, and pancakes were very good. There was also delicious cheese, a selection of sausages, scrambled eggs, and bacon. Many different sweet and savory spreads. Finally, there were various cereal ingredients, a good fully automatic coffee machine, and excellent orange juice.
Check-in and check-out went smoothly.
All in all, a great hotel, apart from the lackluster furnishings.
Nice place for at least an overnight stay with family. Clean ans comfy apartment with all amenities you would need. The indoor pool and suana were a great bonus!

First of all, the rooms are quite spacious and we loved the room setup. There is free parking available nearby (on the street) and the area is quite safe as it is close to the European parliament. Staff members are very helpful and the breakfast spread was actually also very good. For the price we paid, I would give them 5/5.
A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Mulhouse
We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Mulhouse, within walking distance to everything, yet peaceful and cozy.
The hotel’s interior design is truly unique – every space, from the lobby to the rooms, has its own character and charm, with great attention to detail. You can feel the creativity and care that went into making it feel both stylish and welcoming.
The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of fresh and tasty choices.
And the level of service was exceptional – truly professional, kind, and attentive throughout our stay.
This is definitely our place next time we visit the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort with personality!
The hotel's location was excellent, and the welcome was very friendly and accommodating.
However, we had a room right in front of the elevator, and we were awakened early in the morning by people walking in the hallway toward the elevator. The refrigerator was also unusable due to a strong, unpleasant odor.
The shower, however, stopped working at some point.
The stay was generally fine, but the location of the room opposite the elevator was a real downside due to the noise in front of the elevator.

WWee LoonLocation of the hotel is strategic as I was looking for a hotel near the train station as I didn’t wanna haul my two big heavy suitcases further than that, and for that I had a next train to catch near noon time. While the room and the bathroom were not big, they were sufficient. Other than that, there was not a lot of other facilities to mention.
The reception staffs could have put on more friendly faces actually which would make the staying experience more pleasant. I am not sure why there was a need to press the door bell so that the counter staff could open the door every time when entering the hotel.
Worth mentioning is the higher than expected break first. Breads, coffee, cheese, cereal, fruits etc were all provided and they tasted great.
For the price point, I think it is great for value.
CChiuThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours.
The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch.
That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.
GGuest UserHad a change of plans and was not able to make this trip to Reims and therefore wanted to try cancel with Trip.com despite booking a non cancellable reservation. In the end, it was sadly not possible as the parties involved were unwilling to be accommodating so in the end I had to rearrange my schedule to avoid losing USD 200.
The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was friendly and welcoming. He suggested we use the entrance with the ramp to bring up our luggage instead of the more conspicuous swing doors.
The room was on 6F and was ok. For the price I was hoping for more space. There is a weird shelf ledge against the wall where the TV is that was spanning across multiple walls that was annoying and dangerous since it was set at around 1.5 meters high off the ground. I bumped my shoulder a few times so it really is a hazard and should be removed if it isn’t purposeful.
The room is otherwise furnished in a modern and simple way. Wooden floors and plain wall tiles make it look clean and well kept.
The LED lighting strips in the walls and ceiling are distracting and would be better to be removed. It’s hard to watch TV with the glare and reflections off the flatscreen.
Minimal amenities and breakfast not included. Shower pressure was not strong and so I took longer than usual.
All in all, I would imagine this to be 20-30% cheaper for what was on offer in terms of experience and furnishings.

KKASIM DZHEMILThe location is right in the center of Colmar, right in front of the well-known Christmas tree and toys, the rooms are stylish, the reception is very attentive, and information was given about the facilities of Colmar. If I went again, I would stay there without hesitation. Thanks.
RRenlordThe aparthotel is situated very close to Strasbourg main train station. You can also easily walk to the old town district from the aparthotel in less than 10 minutes.
Nice things:
- Water dispenser in the lobby to fill up your water bottle.
- Heat radiator in toilet, keeps you warm when you step out of the shower.
Thing to call out:
- The curtains for the room dont fit the window, because our windows were slanted, the curtains couldn't fully black out the window. When inspecting the curtain lines and the curtain itself, you can tell 100% that the wrong curtain is used for the curtain lines because it wont fully use up the curtain lines when the curtains are drawn.
- The shower curtains are too long/loose for the showers in the bath room, when showering you can almost feel the shower curtains touching you all the time. I hope the shower curtains are actually clean; otherwise it'd be pretty disgusting to have them in contact with my skin.
- The air conditioning is not adjustable.
- Water kettle is oily, makes boiled water look disgusting. Likely due to misuse by a previous guest.
- Laundry is not free, requires 4/5 EUR per wash.
- Requesting for towels/exchanging towels also cost money.
GGuest UserSuper close and convenient to the airport! Walking distance! Even dragging all my luggage, it took maybe 15 minutes walking. Make sure you have your booking number handy when you check in because you check yourself in with a machine.
MMaplee2011The price/performance ratio is very high, and the location is superb. I originally just didn't want to drive 7 hours from Switzerland to Paris, so I booked it halfway, and it turned out to be an unexpectedly good place.
MMissus OEverything was fine as expected from a budget hotel. Receptionists were nice, although they can’t really speak English. The only issue upon check in was that I was asked to pay the hotel fees again even if I already prepaid online. They said that they did not charge the card when i made the prepayment as it was only meant to reserve the rooms. So i paid right then and there at the reception once again. Then this morning, i check that both cards (the one used for prepayment and the one used at the reception) were actually charged. Now, i have duplicate payments which I’m still tryint to resolve with Trip customer service.
In addition, we were suddenly awoken the next morning due to all the noise right outside our door. Somebody was shouting/talking so loudly and kept banging things. When i opened the door, it was the housekeeping lady. What is the purpose of putting the “do not disturb” sign on the door if the person who’s not supposed to disturb you is actually disturbing you from directly outside your room. This is the first time i have met such a loud housekeeper and the first time a housekeeper did not greet “good morning” eventhough we met eye-to-eye.
