Very good~ very big~ It is better to live at high altitude! Very new~ There is nothing to eat nearby. It is safe to live. Facilities: New Health: new Environment: New Service: New No slippers~ no toothbrush~ Anyway, you have to ask first

They changed us from a room with two double beds to two single rooms because there was no room. They looked for solutions, but it didn't suit me as a family of 4. The hotel is old, it is very well located and the staff could improve their customer service a little. The breakfast was very good.

I had stayed here before the pandemic about 3 times. The property is very clean, it is located in the older ”colonial” part of the city. Traffic in this area is a nightmare due to the narrow streets. SAFE area, police presence all over. The GOOD: Clean, Safe, Staff Friendly, plenty of places nearby to eat. Breakfast supplied is ample and of decent quality, food for linch or dinner in the hotel restaurant is good though limited menu, space for seating is very limited inside the restaurant, water pressure in the shower is excellent the room safe is large. The BAD: Room Small like an IBIS, Bathroom smaller than an IBIS, A/C in my room was ”marginal” at best and previous stays here noticed this, Elevator very slow, the worst part this is not a business hotel. While the Internet provided is decent, there is NO work space available at all in the rooms. NO electrical outlets available all are hidden behind furniture or the bed and no desk type area. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet and use computer on battery. Also had a room phone and minor toilet issue which I reported twice and nothing was done. DO NOT have the hotel arrange for the hotel taxi to drive you to the airport cost is $50.oo ! Make your own arrangements or get an UBER. CONCLUSION: While on vacation for a couple of days this is a Nice place to stay and see the colonial sights and enjoy the atmosphere. However, ”on business” this is not the place to stay. I will be returning on business for a longer stay in late January or early February, unfortunately I will have to stay elsewhere.

房間裝修和庭院都不錯，在老城區，不滿意的是早餐，居然不是自助餐，衹能選擇某一種樣式的，比如法式或者健康或者多米尼加式，健康式早餐衹有一小碗麥片和幾塊水果，法式是兩塊隔夜的小牛角包和幾塊水果，不能再寒酸了…… 因為是老房子，馬桶沖完水不能復位，一直嘩啦嘩啦漏水，晚上房子還有奇怪的聲音…… 但是也算是體驗了一下復古風格的酒店，下次不要了

At the reception everyone is friendly. Good hotel, cleaning in the room is not very good. Some problem with the light, it turns on by itself and prevents you from sleeping. Excellent breakfast!

Situé sur calle conde, la rue populaire de saint domingue, l’entrée est sécurisée par un pass. Quand on arrive on nous demande de remplir ce que l’on souhaite déjeuner pour le lendemain. Petit déjeuner à l’assiette simple mais copieux avec un très bon service. Nous étions au dernier étage avec balcon donnait sur la rue conde peu bruyante. L’appartement  est très bien pensé, moderne et sécurisé, tout est à disposition pour se faire à manger, dans la salle de bain il y a tout ce qu’il faut (brosse à dents, après shampoing, rasoir ….) il y’a la clim et le ventilateur, tout est parfaitement équipé et propre. Du café est à disposition dans la chambre, on peut même se faire un nespresso au 1er étage. Le jacuzzi était en fonctionnement et l’eau est changé régulièrement. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, mais on peut vous aider à porter vos valises si besoin, le personnel est très gentil. Manque seulement une prise anti moustique qui aurait été bien utile ! Sinon tout était parfait, le rapport qualité prix est excellent et la situation géographique parfaite, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir

The overall facilities of the bathroom are not good, the shower part cannot be adjusted to the water below for foot washing, and the water from the washbasin is hot water on the second night, and it cannot be washed. The hotel is a monastery remodeled, very retro and beautifully visual. The rooms are small, but the public areas are great, whether it's the living room, the dining room or the terrace on the top floor. Breakfast is simple but nutritious. The girl at the front desk was very good at English, warm and thoughtful, and all the questions of the visitors who came over for the first time were answered patiently. Great location, next door is the oldest woman monastery, a great place to take pictures of the sunset. The ancient city is not big. It takes only 5-10 minutes to walk to any famous attraction from the hotel. It is also very close to the only Chinatown in many countries. You can find delicious Chinese food in 15 minutes before going straight. It is so convenient! It’s okay to hit Uber at the door of the hotel to go further. The taxi is also parked at the door of the hotel at any time, and the small square diagonally opposite is very quiet. It is a worthwhile hotel.

The room feels well organized. The water pressure is very strong and I feel like I took a shower properly. Good because the transfer line from the parking lot to the room is very close. Parking manager always waits to help parking. Above all, the price is cheap
