Decent location, clean and sizeable room with a shower separate from the toilet, very nice staff (mainly Franco from Argentina) with great English willing to explain everything to do in the city.

Overall good but the room temperature seemed excessively high to me, so much so that we had to open the balcony at night to be able to sleep, in February. The bathroom lights were quite poor in the mirror area. The bed, the pillows, the quietness of the room and the free coffee at reception were excellent.

It is such a nice and luxury Spa hotel. Room is very well designed and comfy. Everything you need is in the room, kettle, fridge etc. Hotel has a Spa, Gym and swimming pool. Spa is not free but Gym and swimming pool is free. If you want to stay in San Sebastián but a bit farther from city center this is perfect place for you.

The room is very good, and basically meets the hygiene standards. The breakfast is very good. The waiters are very nice. It's just that the location is a bit remote, but the city is not big, so it's good. Recommended.

Ideal for a family of nudists or exhibitionists, the bathroom has no door, just a glass so that while you shower the others can count the hairs in your *******, if you go as a couple it is very erotic, but with family or friends it is not a good idea.

The surrounding environment is very quiet, the hotel is very large, it should have just been renovated. The rooms are quite spacious, the facilities are very new, the beds are big and very comfortable. Toiletries are very complete, the front desk attitude is very good and patient. There is an extra charge for parking. Overall good.

It's a 15 minute walk from Kikutetsu station and bus terminal, and a 5 minute walk from the city center private railway station. There is a large supermarket nearby. There are many restaurants nearby, including one that serves Basque-style Japanese cuisine (the owner chef is Japanese). The hotel is stylish and clean. The only drawback is that the elevator doesn't come easily. Internet speed is ok.

We really liked the hotel, it is comfortable to sleep in, personally I would change the pillows, but everything was great, the people who work there are very friendly and attentive, they give you recommendations for what to eat and what to see.

Got here on the weekend so parking was free. the rooms are a bit small and awkward. the shower is in the open opposed to a closed in bathroom so it made showering awkward but otherwise perfectly fine for the night

The hotel is satisfactory. It is surrounded by living areas, convenient for eating, and the hotel restaurant is also good. It is a good choice for business trips

Hotel was minutes away from Guggenheim Museum Bilbao which was our planned at Bilbao. There is hotel parking with a fee available during booking. The breakfast was good. The hotel and resturant staff were friendly and kind. My room was modern and clean, it comes with a streets view. There is room available with the museum view too.

But the devil was hidden in the details. 1) Upon checking in, I discovered hair from a trimmed beard in the shampoo holder on the sink (while I was yelling and running around in circles my partner had just rinsed it off). 2) Centuries of dust on the shelf and TV. 3) The clock on March 01, 2024 is still set one hour ahead. at 8:40pm I get dressed and run out to a meeting by 9pm. which as it later turns out will be in 1.20 minutes. Answer: the technician is no longer at the hotel today, we will let him know. March 04, 2024, at the time of our departure, the clock is still showing the wrong time. And I thought: ”ok we can live with that”. BUT 3) The room is hot, it's really hot. We Germans and so used to sleep at +17 degrees at night (save money energy and its healthy))). Also my the partner does not tolerate the heat at all (Also if you have age changes or something else... It could be horror). The answer from the hotel: ”It's winter, the air conditioner only works for heating”. This we find out after we have been ”cooling” for a day and a half (but the hotel description has 138 rooms with air conditioning!?). 4) We get a fan to cool down. 5) I discover that the sheets are 50 percent and the pillows are 52 percent synthetic. ((at this point, I realize why they are so sweaty and sweltering to sleep in. I know its subjective). This hotel recived 3 out of 5 in my rating. P.S.: The glasses were not washed perfectly (it's just gazpacho, not oil paint and black tea) The toilet paper holder is positioned so that you hit it with your butt every time you sit down on the toilet, and when you sit down it rests on your chest

You should specify that there is no parking as such in the hotel, but you are simply reimbursed 10% of the nearest pay parking. And it would have been good to have air conditioning at 30 and peak degrees, and not just that they offer you heating.

Top location! All right to walk. The reception is friendly and efficient. Nice modern large rooms. Unfortunately, the clothes were partly on the minibar. We had not enough room for the clothes.
