I loved this hotel. They accommodated my reservation requests. The rooms are spacious, new, and very clean. The bathroom is spacious and has everything you need for your stay. The hotel staff was very attentive at all times. I will definitely stay at this chain and this hotel again. One drawback would be helpful if there was a designated parking space and a place to unload my luggage upon arrival.

Since Ibis Irun was supposedly fully booked on Trip, I took this hotel for almost the same price. It is perhaps 1 km from the Ibis and therefore also from the important gas station. It has a small garden and looks very classy. The rooms are spacious. In contrast to the Ibis, however, the rooms are noisy. Breakfast is significantly more expensive at €12 and perhaps better. The WiFi worked most of the time. There are enough parking spaces. I had a few issues with the wayward shower. Once again I got a cold shower from the top, which is probably due to the cold water in the pipe upstairs. I didn't manage to close it so quickly either (photo)

It is a very quiet hotel, we have been more times, attached to the shopping centre. It's going quietly to the center. To repeat. Very silent and clean

Very comfortable structure with panoramic internal lift, clean mainly in common areas. Large rooms, comfortable bed, wide shower and very functional washing area. Discreet breakfast, improved in exposure and quality. Good restaurant for dinner. Negative aspects: absence of small cups for coffee, bathroom kits with empty packs, hair in bed

The hotel is located in the surrounding area of Bilbao City. Close to the World Heritage Biss Bridge, 5 minutes walk. Be sure to spend 0.45 euro to experience the unique bridge crossing of the Biss Bridge. The castle-style hotel is luxuriously decorated, the rooms are comfortable and bright, and the bathroom is beautiful. The hotel has an underground parking lot and free parking around. The surrounding area is obviously a tourist attraction area with churches and old streets.

At first, I was worried because the reviews were bad. But those worries were unusable. Convenient and comfortable space for public transportation Spacious rooms tidy breakfast etc. I was so tired and hard before Bilbao, but I rested well at this hostel and recovered. It was a good value for money and I want to use it again next time

Close to the airport. The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport, which is very convenient. The rooms are relatively new, the decoration is simple and the configuration is relatively simple. The whole is still relatively clean. Breakfast is simple and there are not many choices.
