The overall environment was quiet and not noisy, perfect for families. It offers good value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Changchun."

"A five-star hotel I'd highly recommend, the overall experience was impeccable. The location is excellent, right by the Songhua River. The lobby is grand and elegant, and the common areas are quiet and peaceful with great soundproofing. The river view is expansive, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure getaways. The guest rooms are well-equipped and modern, with soft and comfortable bedding. Amenities like the bathroom, air conditioning, and minibar all worked perfectly. The recreational facilities are also excellent. Housekeeping was meticulous; desktops, floors, and even bathroom corners were spotless, and the linens were clean and odor-free, showing great attention to detail. All staff members provided professional and attentive service. The concierge promptly helped with luggage, check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient, and room service was timely. Special thanks to Dafu Feihong for his courteous and polite demeanor, truly making us feel at home. I will definitely choose the World Trade Winsor when I visit Jilin again."

"Facilities: Arrived quite late, and the lovely lady at the front desk gave me a free upgrade to the Presidential Suite, which had all the amenities one could wish for. Cleanliness: The entire floor was carpeted, and everything was meticulously clean; I couldn't spot a single speck of dirt. Environment: The hotel is conveniently located right by the roadside. Ride-sharing apps pinpointed it perfectly, and my driver was very friendly, even reminding me, 'It's on your right,' as I got out. Service: When you're in a new place, you often stumble upon these little pleasant surprises. The kind lady at the front desk even gave me a complimentary breakfast. Even though I woke up past 9 AM the next morning and missed it, I'm still incredibly grateful 🙏. This was my first day in Changchun, my first night's stay, and I encountered so much warmth and hospitality. Thank you to all the kind people I've yet to meet."

"Excellent service, clean hotel, and convenient transportation! It's close to tourist attractions and a street full of delicious food. The hotel also has a coffee bar, which is very convenient. The staff are enthusiastic, and the restaurant serves local five-star cuisine that is truly delicious!"

"Facilities: It's an old hotel with outdated facilities. They even used grout to patch gaps in the elevator, which looked really bad. The toilet paper holder in the room was loose and wobbly. Hygiene: The hygiene was maintained quite well. Service: The welcome snacks and drinks included with the booking weren't delivered to the room. I had to call and ask for them two or three hours later, which was a minus. Food: The Chinese food was disappointing. The daily soup was bland and watery – can you believe a 68-yuan soup only had one piece of pork rib? Just one, that's pretty wild. Breakfast was decent, nothing special, nothing bad."

"Extremely satisfied. This is the second best hotel I've stayed at in Vienna (the other best is in Yunnan, mainly due to its superior facilities). The entire experience, from the accommodations and bedding to the cleanliness, and especially the attitude of all the staff, was superb. The only drawback was the slightly small size, particularly the bathroom, which felt a bit cramped. I must especially commend the breakfast; it was the best I've ever had at any Vienna hotel, bar none. The variety, quality, management, and staff attitude were impeccable. "I had originally planned to stay at the Mehood Lestie, which just opened across the street this year. However, when we arrived, there was a power outage! The hotel lobby is on the 6th floor, so the elevators weren't working, and no one answered the front desk phone. So, despite all the glowing online reviews, I immediately cut my losses and switched hotels, which is how I serendipitously ended up at Atour. As always, Atour's quality and management are excellent. They have a laundry room, gym, and even a late-night congee service. My only complaint this time is that the Deluxe Twin Room I stayed in was exceptionally small, so small that it instantly reminded me of hotel rooms in Japan. If I have the chance to stay here again, I won't book a Deluxe room; I'll only book an Executive room (P.S. The room in the picture is an Executive room)."

Since we were traveling with children and the elderly, we requested connecting rooms, and they carefully confirmed and arranged them according to our needs. The toiletries in the room were well-stocked for the number of guests. Parking spaces were reserved in advance in front of the hotel. Overall, the service was very satisfying. The hotel is close to the musical fountain and a food street, so the location is excellent. The front desk staff (a lovely lady) recommended local delicacies, and every single one was a hit. I would choose this hotel again next time. The rooms were very spacious, and the bathroom was also reasonably located, not disturbing our rest. The bedding was clean and tidy. We even received complimentary museum tickets for our multi-night stay. The hotel's location is particularly good, close to the Edelweiss Reindeer Park and the Wetland Flower Sea, so you can enjoy flowers and scenery right outside. It perfectly met the needs of our family trip with both children and seniors. The hotel is also very close to the North Slope Transit Center, making it convenient for walking or taking a taxi. The Cloudtop Market is also within walking distance. The hotel offers high-speed train pick-up and drop-off, and they thoughtfully called to confirm. Since we were driving, we just drove there directly. The hotel is also very quiet at night; you can hear the sounds of insects and enjoy the night view, yet the streetlights are bright, so there's no concern for safety. I would choose this hotel again next time."
