The facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is pretty good. It might be baseball season when I stayed, so I felt that many families came to send their children to play baseball games. The atmosphere was very good.

The hotel is located next to Tokushima Bizan Park, about a 15-minute drive from the city center. It has free parking, which is very convenient. But on the way up the mountain, pay attention to the path that turns into the hotel, otherwise it is easy to miss it. The room is spacious and is a Japanese-style tatami room, very comfortable. The room is high above the city, overlooking the city of Tokushima, and the night view is very beautiful. Our accommodation included breakfast and dinner, and we dined at the buffet restaurant. The food was very rich and delicious, and there were also many choices for vegetarians. On the night of our check-in, after dinner, we asked the front desk staff to call a taxi for us to go to the Awa Hall to watch the show. The service staff was very considerate and asked the driver to not only take us to the hall, but also wait for us to finish the show before taking us back to the hotel. There is no additional charge for waiting time. It's really a home service, which is very much appreciated. It was also very comfortable to take a bath in the hotel's large public bath at night. The whole stay was very good. Highly recommended.

A quality business-class hotel located in Tokushima near the Bizen Ropeway and the Bizan Tenjinsha Shinto Shrine, just a short ten minute walk from JR Tokushima Station. During my stay, I enjoyed a lovely view of Mount Bizen and a few blocks of Tokushima, close in to shopping and restaurant districts. The room was quiet and comfortable and as always offered the same alpha-One commitment to quality I have come to expect from stays at other locations. Recommended.

It is an unmanned place, but it is a method of calling the staff by the phone placed at the desk and finding the key in the room reserved in the keybox. The staff only speaks basic English, so you should prepare a measure to communicate in Japanese. Early check-in and spacious rooms and bathrooms are hard to find in Japan. The water pressure in the bathroom is strong and the hot water comes out well. It's equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator. But the mattress on the bed was dead with all the cushions. If you go to Tokushima, I'll find this place again.

Location is very close to JR station, and many nice restaurants are nearby. Free coffee is served which tastes good.

Most of the tourists stayed there because the accommodations are near Tokushima Station. This place is just in the middle of the neighborhood, so it's hard to come to it at first, but it's okay if you go back and forth a few times. But I went to breakfast condition. I'm embarrassed that I have to go to another accommodation, not a hostel. At first, I said I was Korean, but the boss said ”Josen”, so I felt bad, but I just passed by. .... The owner is so accommodating & friendly. We even had a small Easter Party together qith his friends. However the place is noisy because when people are talking at the kitchen you can hear it clearly from your room. Also when the onwer / someone smokes outside, it gets into the house as a result I could smell it from the hallway.
