Took a tram from the train station to hotel. Tram stop to hotel needs 10mins walk, the brick road was difficult to walk with suitcase. The hotel location is perfect to all attractions. Room is big and clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good.
Absolutely great hotel in ghent!! The room was clean and well organized, and even the basic amenities were all ready - body&hand wash, shampoo, conditioner. Also a coffee machine, kettle for hot water and two bottles of water included.
The location is perfect for the trip - you can just walk around a bit to visit all tourist spots in ghent.
And please do not miss the BREAKFAST!! They bake fresh bread every day, and fruits are sooo fresh. alI really love the food!! You should taste the croissant.... I want to visit this hotel again because of the breakfast lol! Thanks a lot for the great service and experience in ghent! I definitely visit this hotel again !
Very small room with no amenities provided. Make sure bring your toothbrush and no kettle, cup too. 15 mins walk to city centre, not bad. But very closed to the rail station and intercity bus station.
First of all, there was a smell in the bathroom and the table was so poor that it looked like it was going to fall apart. However, the staff were friendly.
Located about a 5-minute walk from the train station, it's a quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle.
Check-in was at 9:30 PM, and they gave me the key right away. A lifesaver! I desperately needed some sleep after an all-night flight.
The room was very spacious, definitely larger than the advertised 29 square meters. The view from the window was lush and green, very soothing.
The TV had a radio station for music.
There was a capsule coffee machine; two cups a day were a great way to stay awake. There was a refrigerator and a wine and beer opener—a welcome addition for a drinker like me.
old and classic hotel.
car park garage is small and very narrow.
when come out from the car park garage need to be very carefull from the exit door.
overall very satisfy on the location. tram station just infront of the hotel.. can be using credit card to pay and buy the tram ticket fee. easy access to town..
The hotel is very well located in the centre of Ghent, less than 5 minutes walk to the Castle and pretty much opposite Graffiti Street. We stayed as a family of four and the room was well laid out with plenty of space for all of us. The room was clean and had amenities to make a hot drink.
Fantastic for the price we paid clean and nice staff very nice looking place loads to eat and drink within walking distance only downside no tea or coffee making stuff in the room, woold absolutely stay again tho and definitely plan to soon, BBQ grill place near by had amazing food
The accommodation was excellent – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was of high quality and provided a relaxing and pleasant stay. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a truly enjoyable experience. I would definitely love to come back!
Outstanding hotel and without hesitation I can say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Europe to date. Wonderfully friendly staff, superb facilities and refinements and the rooms are presented to an exceptionally high standard. I would not consider anywhere else when returning to Ghent as this place was incredible

TTak ChiGenerally the cleanliness of lobby floor public areas and room were above average 👍🏻👍🏻
Need to be careful when driving into that expo , ikea and the hotel zone as they located along with each others and shared the same directory board which the indicator bit small you might miss the hotel car park entrance
The front staff he is super friendly and helpful 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I would say the amenities is worth for the price 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
KKate ThomBeautiful hotel with perfect view of a cathedral from our twin room. Hotel is in a historic building with lovely architectural features by the canal and the room we were in was a cleverly designed ”duplex” with the bathroom and sinks on the upper floor (ie loft) which made full use of the almost double volume ceiling in the smallish twin room we were in. The only drawback was that the steps were narrow and steep and would pose a problem if one had mobility issues. The toilet was located by the door next to the entrance but there was no sink for handwashing. Alcohol gel in a pump bottle was provided.
There is a café, lifestyle / clothes shop and supermarket in the same building. Very convenient and the hotel's location was walkable to all the sights in Ghent central.
The front desk staff were very polite and gracious and allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived before 11am, since check-in was strictly at 4pm. We were happy to find that our suitcases had been already delivered to our room when we returned to the hotel at 4pm.
There are 2 bars in the hotel - one which is open to the public which was buzzing in the evenings and a guest-only ”Honesty Bar” (1st photo) in which hotel guests could purportedly help themselves to liquor and pen down what they had imbibed - but I never saw anyone in it ! This could be due to a lack of ice or mixers. Or glasses. 🍸
VViktor LytvynenkoA very pleasant hotel, 11/10. Everything is new and stylish, including a coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, TV, and air conditioning.
A few minor nitpicks that don't greatly affect the overall experience: the high ceilings mean the room doesn't warm up as quickly as I'd like, the shower could be hotter, and the TV might be mounted too high. But these are nitpicks. Excellent hotel. We recommend it.

GGuest UserI like the decoration style of the hotel. The room is big enough. But the sound insulation upstairs is not good. There are noises all over the place in the middle of the night. The room rate is a bit expensive on weekends

FFionaLin的貓咪The hotel is one stop away from Ghent's central station. Some trains pass through Ghent and then reach this station in one stop. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the station.
You can take a bus, ride a bicycle or walk to the old town of Ghent (each has a different experience). There is a bus terminal and a Carrefour near the hotel (but the quality of fresh food in this Carrefour is not very good, I recommend Albert Heijn in the city center)
The hotel has a parking lot, and the lobby is shared with Ibis style (the price is similar, the rooms here are larger and have a small kitchen). The small kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, microwave, kitchen utensils and tableware)
You can take a train from Ghent to Bruges, Antwerp and Brussels (the one-way train journey is less than 1 hour). At night, you can also enjoy the beautiful night view of the ancient city of Ghent. It is highly recommended.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location. Not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city center, but you can easily get everywhere on foot. The room is large and the furnishings are adequate for a short visit. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. One big downside, however, was the breakfast. You have to book a time slot in the morning when you want to have breakfast. Despite this, the buffet is completely overcrowded, all the tables are occupied and the staff can't keep up with refilling the food, so there were almost only empty baskets and plates. It was a bit emptier on Sundays, but nobody kept an eye on things, so our table was covered, even though we were only at the buffet quickly and our menu and cell phone were still on the table. There is definitely room for improvement here.
GGiles LawrenceThe room was fine. We needed extra bedding and 2 nice staff came immediately and made the extra bed for us. However! We arrived with a reservation confirmation of 2 adults 1 child. Their confirmation had 2 people therefore the room they had was too small. They did have another room for 3 they said we could have but it would be 30 euros extra. At the time we simply agreed and paid as there was a big queue behind us and the amount was small. Buttons seemed like a con to extract more money from us, it wasn't our mistake as we had confirmation for 3 people at the designated price. It's a shame as I really liked Ghent and will certainly return but there are other hotels to choose from.
欧欧洲一个人的旅行The location of this store is very good, just near the scenic spot. The service attitude of the staff was excellent. I arrived very late that day, it was already 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, but the staff still received me warmly. It's a mixed-sex house, but it's very quiet and everyone is very well-behaved and orderly. It should be noted that everyone should try to check in as early as possible. If you arrive in the middle of the night, you may not be able to check in, but you will still be allowed to check in. In addition, a little tip for friends like me who are staying in a youth hostel for the first time. This hotel requires you to take down the bed sheet and put it in the lobby when you check out~
