The location is slightly off, in Ghent, but it is convenient to go up and down the highway. It takes half an hour to go to Brussels, Ulster, and Antwerp. The hotel room is bigger and the bed is big, breakfast is OK, cost-effective
The lady at the entrance is very sympathetic and smiling. We were a little scared because the price was affordable but it was better than we expected. The building is a little old, the rooms especially the bathroom are exactly as in the photos, they are renovated. The frames are very bad but there is no problem with the heating, the room was incredibly hot, we had to turn off the heater, it is right in the middle of the center, right next to the places to visit. The hot water is nice but it flows a little bit less, in short, it is worth the money, I think it is not mediocre to stay.
Everything was great. Nothing else to note, water comes out of the shower through the hole. I saw that the television was old, they could use a new one. For the rest, everything was fine. Very friendly.
The hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by various historical sites such as Cityhall and St. Jacob's Church. There is also AH nearby, which is very convenient. Although located in the city center, it is very quiet at night, highly recommended.
Great hotel in a great location! I was situated in the front of the hotel facing the street with beautiful views of Gent’s skyline.
Lots of cafes and restaurants just downstairs and in walking distance. There was also a lot of great shopping nearby. Standard retail that you could find in most cities and also interesting shops with handmade and unique products. Also walking distance to all the sights you want to see.
Although the room is small, it was comfy.
A good hotel, suitable for business and travel. The hotel is in a good location, with the Ghent Belfry just outside, and close to several other major attractions. The breakfast is rich, and there is free water and capsule coffee in the room. There is a very complete independent bathroom, but Ctrip specifically states that there is no independent bathroom. I don't know why?
The location is not in the city center but it can be accessed via bus from the Ghent St Pieters Train Station. Cleanliness is guaranteed and the service is superb. I would definitely book again if I ever stay at Ghent.
The location is very good, just a five-minute walk from Dampoort Station.
New hotel facilities: The room facilities are new and very clean. The room is not small. There is still plenty of space for two 28-inch luggage. There is a sink, all kinds of kitchen utensils, tableware and pots are available, and there is a kettle for boiling water. However, the drainage and hot towel rack in the shower room were faulty. Otherwise, the facilities are really perfect.
Breakfast: It is highly recommended to add various breads and muffins, as well as simple lettuce, cucumber, tomato and fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, meat and cheese, as well as milk, juice, coffee and tea!

Great
YYunyaIt's like living in Hogwarts, so great! The carriage is a duplex room, with a window facing the church. You can watch the sunrise while lying in bed early in the morning. During the day, you can sit downstairs and make a pot of tea and sing on the street. It couldn't be more perfect~~
The only thing is that it is a historical protected building, and you need a strong man to carry the luggage in and out, hahaha🤣

Wweni16The room on the 3rd floor was very dark. It was no exaggeration to say that you could hardly see the food on the table.
The room was very hot, and the electric fan helped a little. When I opened the window, I was bitten by mosquitoes at night.
Only a head shower, no hand shower.

欧欧洲一个人的旅行The location of this store is very good, just near the scenic spot. The staff service attitude was excellent. I arrived very late that day and it was 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, but the staff still welcomed me warmly. It is a mixed man and woman, but it is very quiet, everyone is very quality and order. It should be noted that everyone should check in as early as possible. When you arrive in the middle of the night, you may not be able to check in, but you can still stay. In addition, for my first time staying in the Youth Hostel, there is a small reminder that this house needs to bring the Bed sheet down and put it in the hall when you check out.
GGiles LawrenceThe room was fine. We needed extra bedding and 2 nice staff came immediately and made the extra bed for us. However! We arrived with a reservation confirmation of 2 adults 1 child. Their confirmation had 2 people therefore the room they had was too small. They did have another room for 3 they said we could have but it would be 30 euros extra. At the time we simply agreed and paid as there was a big queue behind us and the amount was small. Buttons seemed like a con to extract more money from us, it wasn't our mistake as we had confirmation for 3 people at the designated price. It's a shame as I really liked Ghent and will certainly return but there are other hotels to choose from.

GGuest UserSint Niklaas was going thru a process of major road and town works. Confusing one-way systems at play gave me a flat tyre reversing back around the right way and hitting a bunch of stones popping out the ground near the kerb.
I think it would be nice to return once the town face-lift is complete... 🤔
Ibis, I thought you'd be better than that. €20 deposit for a kettle and no milk, coffee, tea, or sugar in your room on arrival.. 😒
The ladies working there were lovely enough to give my gf & I a smile 🥰 they know where to park and at what times to pay the machines at the car parks 🤓
Cheap and fairly cheerful but also stressful to load and unload. 🤕
GGuest UserVery good four-star hotel, the service is very good, there is free parking at the door, it is very important for us to drive by car, it is very convenient to transfer at the highway intersection, there is a very rich breakfast, there is a mini refrigerator, we stayed for two days very satisfied, will stay again next time
