Second time staying here, the hotel location is good, thumbs up!
The largest shopping mall in South Asia is right outside, and it is very convenient to eat!
However, many stores close at around 5pm from Monday to Wednesday, Australians who lie flat! Enjoying life is the most important thing!

I recently stayed at Crown Towers, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel exudes luxury, with beautifully designed rooms, breathtaking views, and top-tier amenities.
OMG! This is such an amazing Hotel. I booked a standard room but upon arrival they had upgraded me to a premier room, view was amazing. I had work assignment around the Wyndham area so it was convenient for the location, and the price was reasonable with breakfast included. The parking did come with a fee of $20 per night and the designated area is situated on the 3rd floor (Green Section). Reception is located on the 8th floor but the signage is terrible and if your eye sight isn’t good you have to lean over and read the small print. The room itself was clean with only the basic amenities, Shampoo, conditioner, hand and body wash plus lotion. Coffee and Tea was available as well. Bed was on the firm side and the pillow where comfy. An in room safe was also present. Breakfast was superb, a huge variety was present. So sad I had to leave to go home. My highlight was the view and the general atmosphere. I have stayed in another accomodation in the Sanctuary Lakes area where the hygiene and cleanliness has been appalling. This will definitely be my first choice should I visit Wyndham again. My regret here is that I didn’t take any photo’s.

Next door to DFO, good location for DFO shopping. 5-10 mins walk to tram which take you to central.
House keeping 4 out of 5. Had to call to request basics like water which was not left in the room. Quick service and rectified upon calling.
Would stay at this hotel again.
Location is great. It is about 20km from Melbourne cbd. With a rental car, we can get to cbd in 30-40 minutes. Hotel is connected to M-city shopping center. There are supermarkets and restaurants; thus super convenient. Parking is provided for $25/day,which I think is a bit expensive.
The hotel room and bathroom are both quite spacious and clean. Wi-Fi is steady. All in all, en enjoyable stay at Park Royal Monash Melbournehotel.
Whilst the room we had (no 35) was adequate for our needs, it was obvious that it had not been cleaned thoroughly as there was a very old mess of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the lounge area. The curtains need to be fixed and the couch steam cleaned. The rooms look rather tired and perhaps in need of an update.
Clean and tidy, smooth check-in,
Facilities:
Swipe card to enter, swipe card to lift to the floor,
Poor sound insulation, can clearly hear the conversation and snoring next door,
Free parking, enter the level 1 parking lot, convenient back door
Environment: opposite woolworthes, convenient and affordable late night snacks nearby
We waited for more than 1 hour for check in on Sunday. The email notification said check in time was 5:30pm and we arrived at 5pm but no one there. The email indicated 15 minutes for late check in arrangement but we waited for more than one hour even we were not late. We booked the parking spot next day by paying $20 per day but it took us more than half hour for waiting the lift to the basement. If you can find the staff at the lobby they are helpful though. It is a modern apartment with well equipped kitchen and bathroom but a bit noisy with the wind. Great location.

Booked a Deluxe Room with Spa. I like the jacuzzi, the nespresso and T2 Tea, and the Appelles shampoo, body wash and hair conditione. Fitness centre is small but good enough for my purpose. Overall very nice for a holiday stay.
We really liked it! Super clean and well located. The beach is right across the road, supermarkets and restaurantes are within 5minutes walk. We adored the view to the sea and we watched the sunrise!

GGuest UserWe arrived Melbourne at about 23:00 and will be leaving for a 08:30 flight the next morning. The good thing is the hotel is very close to the airport but it's a bit hard to find the entrance. Hotel room is clean and the front-desk staff is very helpful.
GGuest UserThis is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.
CChristysterra JohnnyRecommended! I can say that my experience with Best Western is very pleasant. I stayed here for one night and have to catch the next train early morning. I requested if I was able to check in early as I have to check out the next day at 6AM. Luckily the room was available. The lady at the counter was very nice, she welcomed me and helped me when I was having a trouble in opening the door with the swipe card. The room is enough for 1 person, it's not too small for me, not noisy and really comfortable. I appreciate the cleanliness and the space that I have. Thank you, I will surely stay here again when I visit Melbourne.

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at Ibis Styles Kingsgate in Melbourne for a few nights, and my experience was a mix of positives and disappointments. The hotel is in a great location in the CBD, just a short walk from Southern Cross Station, which made getting there from the airport easy via SkyBus. Trams are also nearby, so getting around the city was no hassle.
The single room I booked was compact but functional. The decor was simple, and the bed was comfortable enough for a budget stay. However, I had some issues with the cleanliness and condition of the furnishings. The room felt a little outdated, and the bed linen had visible wear and tear. Housekeeping was not up to standard, and I even encountered damaged bedding with exposed stuffing, which was quite off-putting. While the staff were friendly when approached, the overall maintenance of the hotel definitely needs improvement.
One of the nicer aspects of the hotel was the common areas. The lounge had a cozy atmosphere, with bookshelves and warm lighting that gave off a heritage-style charm, which was a contrast to the actual room experience. The facilities were basic, but for a budget stay, they were acceptable.
The price was reasonable for a centrally located hotel, but considering the issues with cleanliness and room upkeep, I expected better. It’s an okay option if you’re after an affordable place to stay in the city, but be prepared for some compromises. If they improved their maintenance and housekeeping, it would be a much better value-for-money choice.

CCola_JCThe staff at the front desk are very kind. It's right in Chinatown. The location is very good, the living functions are convenient, and the room is clean. A capsule coffee machine is a plus 👍🏻

GGuest UserLocation: Can be tricky to find the first time as you need to turn onto Cyril Street. Look across the road for the white building with red writing.
Check-in: easy and fast. The man on reception is friendly and organised, just a lovely receptionist. There is a bond of $200; be organised and you’ll save your time and the receptionist’s time. You can pay the bond in cash.
Parking: great, BUT there are some permanents living there and so you might want to park away from them… you will see immediately where you should not park :) clean parking area. Seemed organised.
Room: very clean, comfortable. There are no knives, forks or plates, but there is a kettle and a microwave. Teas coffees, etc. six milk pods, so maybe bring milk if you need more. Really make sure that you close the door properly or it will seem shut, but not actually be shut and will open :) Good curtains in the room that block out the light from outside. I noticed a fair amount of security cameras outside on the walkway, which was reassuring. Fantastic showers with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The bed is firm, but I liked it.
Would or wouldn’t stay again? Unfortunately, no, not while they are acting as ‘crisis accommodation’. The staff and room were great, but there are some undesirables living there who kept us awake all night. Not exaggerating when I say, did not sleep AT ALL. We were up and down to check on the car - the permanents were screaming, fighting - some real Jerry Springer stuff. I was upstairs and the people next to me had a dog that barked all night, in addition to the couple screaming at each other :/ Downstairs, fighting, screaming constantly. it sounded like something got broken downstairs. A guy on a motorbike kept coming and going, visiting the permanents downstairs and talking super loudly, then more yelling and fighting after he tore off on his bike. I didn’t feel safe; I expected the car to get damaged. I realise those people’s behaviour is not the motel’s fault, but I was so tired the next day that I got a migraine and yeah, still fending it off now, day after. Not impressed with those feral permanents. It’s a shame because the staff and rooms are great
KKarinaCannot fault the staff however the amenities need overhaul. The rooms TV didn’t work was advised couldn’t be fixed until the following day. Went to use hairdryer to find out no power points on that side of room were working. Again advised cant be fixed straight away. Had to use TV as a mirror for blow drying hair! Then we continued to get calls after 10pm from reception checking if everything was alright despite being told it cannot be fixed. Really disappointing. On a positive to GM and receptionist Cheryl were outstanding in trying to assist and did remove some charges.

TTaralesleyWe had an amazing stay at Quest Flemington Central.
Our room was clean, comfortable and well presented.
The kitchen was packed with a full sized fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all plates, bowls, cups or cutlery we could need.
Washer and dryer as well as a balcony, it really was a lovely room, we were very happy!
The pool was heated and the roof top view was gorgeous, it was very relaxing and great for a morning or late night dip. Staff were very respectful and accommodating.
ZZenloughranGreat location near free metro access in the CBD, though I preferred exploring the area on foot to discover local cafes and eateries. The breakfast offers good value, and the rooms are consistently clean. Note: renovations are ongoing on the ground floor.
