The experience is very bad.
The recommendations and room descriptions on Ctrip need to be corrected urgently. All single-price and twin-bed rooms have no windows. Only the large family suite has a small window.
The garden is only a small ten feet wide, and the door is locked to prevent thieves.
Not enough hot water for bathing
The breakfast selection is small and the quality is not high
The Chinese restaurant downstairs is not open
There are many local restaurants nearby
It’s an amazing experience to see how Saudi people hospitality and kind to Chinese . I m driving for 5 hrs Fromm Dubai to Riyadh for an exhibition. It’s too early to check in as there are all rooms occupied. But the duty managers were working hard to arrange a room for me even considering to offer their apartments nearby for my accommodation. I m touched not because of their general but their trust in our Chinese . All perfect !!! Not matter environments , service , equipments but also price reasonable.
It can really be said that it is quite bad. The bathroom shower was broken. I found the service staff and asked me to take a shower in another room temporarily. . . There is no glass door in the bathroom of that room, and the glass slot on the ground is left. Pricked my foot. No compensation. It should be the worst room in more than ten years.
My second visit. I had an amazing stay in this hotel. Very accessible, had a good restaurant and pool area. Rooms are cozy and clean. Definitely will come back again ❤️
The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the view from my window was stunning.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything fresh and tidy. The hotel’s location was also perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful and relaxing.
the breakfast was average and can better
This B&B experience was truly amazing! The room was spotless, the decor warm and fresh, and the amenities were all perfect for a comfortable stay. The owner was incredibly friendly and attentive. Not only did he pick us up at the airport early in the morning, but he also explained check-in details in advance and offered tons of tips for traveling in Saudi Arabia. He was like an old friend, caring and attentive! The location was also very convenient, with a large plaza right outside the door for easy parking. The transportation was convenient, and the surroundings were quiet, allowing for a truly restful sleep. The food was the biggest surprise: spicy Sichuan cuisine. It was a pleasant surprise to find such authentic Zigong cuisine abroad. Overall, this was a fantastic value stay. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back!
The hotel is very clean, the staff are accomodating, the location is very accessible to piblic transpo..just 2 mins straight walk to Riyadh metro.with less than 5 mins walk to park and King Fahad library.it was a great experience staying at Mira Buss.Hotel.thank you.
This was my third visit to Saudi Arabia, and I can confidently say this hotel offers the best value for money.
I was very impressed with the facilities, and the breakfast was also to my liking.
The staff were among the friendliest I’ve encountered in Saudi Arabia.
I’m sorry I can’t remember each of their names, but I truly appreciated their kindness.
The bed was so comfortable that I even found myself wishing I had the same one at home.
Although the hotel is located a bit further south, which can be slightly inconvenient if you have appointments in the northern part of the city, I still really loved my stay here.
The room is very nice. The location is right around the airport, which is very convenient but there will be a lot of traffic. There are many restaurants next to the hotel so it is convenient to eat. You can walk to the city's attractions.
The service is very good, because the itinerary change helped to cancel the next few nights for free without charge

HHassan Mansour 1305The perfect stay.
For that price and that location it’s already worth it.
The hotel has everything, services are good, breakfast has a full variety of dishes and the room I got was perfectly clean and with no issues.
I would 100% consider to book Haven Plaza for my next trip to Riyadh.
GGuest UserIt was a wonderful stay. I loved the hotel and will continue to visit it whenever I can. I look forward to returning again.

TTONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is rather far from the city center which makes it hard to access places. The hotel interior is grand, palatial, and very impressive. The rooms are in need of a refresh as they feel a bit dated. For us, the biggest plus was the interior pool but we felt the actual spa facilities are tired and not very luxurious, they are in need of a refurbishment and upgrade. Overall all a good stay.
MMika-hainingThe hotel is located near the National Library, with many restaurants nearby and a computer mall next door. The room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is quite large. Breakfast is on the first floor from 6:30 to 10 am, mainly Western and Arabic food, which is quite rich. Occasionally, fried noodles and fried rice noodles are provided.
There is a Costa coffee shop in the lobby on the G floor, where you can drink coffee and chat when you have nothing to do.
GGuest UserWe were just staying overnight as we had a long layover for our flight but the accommodation was perfect for our needs. We'd initially planned to take advantage of the gym and pool but in the end we were too tired so didn't even look at them. The receptionist sorted out our room quickly and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room - more a small suite, with a kitchen-diner-lounge, and separate shower room and large bedroom.
Two small bottles of water were provided, so I could make tea without touching the brown water in the taps. We ordered food from Deliveroo - which took ages to arrive but filled the hole. And I was able to log on to my Netflix on the large TV in the lounge to watch a film before bed. The bed was very comfortable and even with the air con switched off the room was a pleasant temperature all night. We were woken at 4am by the call to prayer, which was a very musical if rather earlier than we intended to wake up.
Good shower and ordered breakfast, which was delivered to the room. Breakfast was great, and very substantial only thing missing was some fresh coffee (tea was provided) but I expect that would have been included if I'd thought to ask for it.
All in all great value for a comfortable stay.
