You’ll see some guest smoking in not smoke area as such as pool, the poorest is, hotel staff do nothing with it, even though there are big sign of no smoking there. The worst are you will hear very loud annoying music around 6.am, and the funniest is the music used just by some people were doing zumba near guest room. And when asking for help to hotel guest, we get answer “there are scheduled zumba”, how tf, guest will know there will be scheduled zumba. To be fair, cleanliness is good, food are average.

Always stay at this hotel visiting Manado Next to shopping malls and eatery places the staff are excellent for their services for my entire stay at the hotel and had good breakfast in the morning with lots of variety to choose from. Will recommend this hotel to others

Good location with a lot good food around. Requested non smoking room, but when check in they said not available. End up stay in twin bed room with non sea view for first night and move to another room the next day (book for queen room with sea view).

Nice hotel, for the price on my booking is worth it, only the doors : bathroom door and main door is hard to close, sometimes stucked , need push more with hardwork to close it. The rest are good

The dining room, with breakfast buffet and àla carte menu.offers. value and quality food. The front office staff is also. Very efficient and allowed late.check.out.
