Hela parkeringen är em snubbelfälla, rummet saknade ventilation, om man bortser från en billig bordsfläkt, rummts huvudlampa var inte inkopplad, därför fanns ett gediget urval av dammråttor under sängen, rummet hade två sängar och två stolar, trots att det var bokad för tre personer, samma gällande antal handdukar.

The room was tiny, dirty and stuffy with no AC to help regulate the temperature. We had to pay extra for a bed that I would have assumed came with the room as I booked it for three people.
Staff were often not around at the front desk to help, because they were short staffed. Machines in the games room, stopped working (although a discount was offered when this happened).
Breakfast was okay. But the restaurant was overpriced and poor quality. We ordered Patas Braves and got and burnt plate of sweet potato fries.
The sauna and gym were appalling. The sauna basically didn't work or couldn't get up to temperature and all the games (tennis, bowling) cost extra.
Finally we didn't have a car which I now know was a mistake. Not the hotel's fault, but travel to Zutphen was terrible and confusing, with two buses an hour that go away from the hotel.

De kamers zijn zeer klein en erg verouderd maar wat echt een probleem is het bed. Een boxspring waarvan een hele rij veren ontbreekt. Resultaat een hele nacht niet slapen en opstaan met een immense pijn in je rug. Het is beter even verder te kijken naar een Fletcher met een waardering vanaf 8 en hoger.

Om positief te beginnen, het bed was prima. Verder is het hele hotel aan renovatie en modernisering toe. Zwembad en Sauna waren gesloten. Stond bij boeken nog niet op de site en werd geen enkele moeite voor gedaan om te compenseren. Restaurant, diner dagmenu wat werd aangeboden op de kaart was er niet. Gekozen hoofdgerecht was niet gaar.

We verwachtten een 4 sterren accommodatie, maar kregen een 2 sterren accommodatie met bijbehorende service geleverd. Kamer en zeker de badkamer zijn gedateerd en minimaal ingericht. ‘s Nachts geschreeuw op de gang. De 1 e nacht hebben we het geaccepteerd. Echter de 2e nacht meende om 1.00 uur een groep bruiloftsgangers het feest in het zwembad van het hotel te moeten voortzetten en dit hoorbaar voor de hele gang kenbaar te maken, terwijl er mensen sliepen. Ik heb hen aangesproken, maar dat werd beantwoord met een grote mond. Reden om de receptie te bellen. Het werd niet gestopt. Het bleef lawaaiig tot 4.00 uur. De receptie was overdag herhaaldelijk onbemand. Uit checken was pas mogelijk na een restaurant medewerker te hebben gevraagd een receptionist te vinden. Na ruim 10 minuten wachten, konden we eindelijk uit checken. Ter plekke ook mijn beklag gedaan.
