Gym and spa is very nice.
Room is nicely designed and clean. Provided free glass of water in room. Love it!

They helped us to put the luggage to room.
For breakfast, there is an egg station for Omelette!

Great and cozy hotel. I had a nice balcony overlooking inner yard. The design of rooms is different from what you usually get and is very welcoming. Breakfast has everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel, fresh fruit, omelettes, bread selection, salmon and etc.
They even give you a bottle of water at checkout, a nice touch.

We loved this hotel. We booked a grand double deluxe room which had a seperate small living area to the bedroom, a full bathroom with seperate bathtub and big outdoor terrace. From check in to check out nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was one of the best ones we had on our whole stay.
It was a 10 minute walk to the train station and right next to the shopping street.
A great stay at this hotel.

Very nice boutique hotel located in city central. Close to everything you need to do in zurich. The room is a bit small but very nicely decorated with a big working desk and a sizeable wardrobe. The bathroom is neat and clean.

The breakfast was average (limited food options) and restaurant service was just 6/10.. Location was good as it was near the shopping street. The hotel staff service was commendable. Free wifi, modern nice room interior. One might missed the hotel entrance. I will stay again if the price is at a good promotional price.

Room clean, breakfast of various choice and delicious, service always helpful (greetings for Rose) and the cherry of top is hotel locations which is super convenient! The hotel is beautiful, looks good and very new. All facilities are complete, including a microwave, automatic dishwasher, and an electric stove for cooking. There are plates, bowls, and pots provided. But it may be a bit far to walk from the train station.

Very close to Zurich HB, and convenient transportation nearby, but the people near the hotel are very office-like, and tourists feel a bit out of place in Zurich 😅… The restaurant is very cute, and each table has small pumpkins of different shapes, but the breakfast is very ordinary, and there are not many varieties. I was really confused about this hotel. I stayed in it twice in one week. The first time, I stayed in room 220 (single room). Although it was so small, it was clean and the facilities were normal. But the second time, I was assigned to room 222 (same single room), which was the beginning of tragedy.
First of all, the hygiene of room 222 really shocked me:
1. 🩸There were traces of dried red liquid sprayed on the wall of the room (reasonable suspicion is blood/because I found that it can be wiped off with a tissue, and the color is dark red and you can't tell if you don't pay attention) but I really don't know how it got there...
2. 🕸️There were spider webs, so I called for cleaning but their eyesight was so poor that they still didn't notice it, and I wiped it off with a tissue myself.
This shows that the cleaning staff and their seriousness are really slightly different.
3. There is a black spot on the bath towel

This hotel must have a spider's nest. I found three spiders on the ceiling of the room, and spiders would come into the room as long as I opened the window. Breakfast was average.
