Obsługa na recepcji zostawia wiele do życzenia.. prezencja Pań tam obsługujących sprawiła że w drodze do pokoju zastanawiałam się czy na pewno
Chce tam iść 😆 pokoje w miarę czyste natomiast jeżeli mam być szczera to polecam to tylko gdy na prawdę
Nie masz już innych opcji i raczej nie zalecam na więcej niż jedną noc. Na duży plus hotelu wpływa fakt, że wychodząc z niego widzimy już Mc Donalda 😂

很差，一晚上房間裏總是發出咚咚的聲音，我還以為有人竅門，嚇得我都不敢睡覺，真的很無語，在中國頂多算是很低級的旅館，一定不要選擇很無語的

Tolle Mitarbeiter sehr freundliches Team kinderfreundlichkeit essen im Hotel eine 10/10 die Lage ist sehr flexibel der Strand lag bei 20 min Entfernung essen in Nähe ist die Stadt 2,1 km entfernt dort gib es Restaurant shoppen alles mögliches vor Ort der Parkplatz in der Stadt sehr praktisch vor 2 Stunden kostenlos nach 2 Stunden zahlt mal 1,90. wirklich empfehlenswert der Hotel. Wlan Funktionen super.

Lovely stay in the Bastion Zoetermeer. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly, specialy Robby and Glenda. We where there for a visit to our grandchild and they made him feel very special at diner. We love to come again in the future.

Robby, Kimberly and Fabion were all wonderful. They were accommodating, curious and always professional. The property is convenient to rail and a short trip to The Hague. I highly recommend this property.

Good value for money
The Hotel was Okey , the bathroom was a bit smelly.
Other than that for the low Price it was a fine place to sleep.
The staff is freindly and helping.
If I have to go to Rotterdam again , this could be the hotel that I’am booking again.

Broken tap, door lock and poor noise cancellation
My tap was not attached to the sink properly, second lock in a door didn't work properly so I didn't feel safe. Moreover, train is going next to the hotel which means a lot of noise because noice cancellation is so poor. Room was really cold, AC was set to 18. Didn't help to turn it of, it was still cold whole night. Do not recommend this hotel.
