因為有事入住不了，給客服打電話退房，客服起碼半分鐘才接電話，態度很不好，説30塊錢那麼少的錢還退什麼，既然説30那麼少的錢了，結果還不退我錢，最後還説他衹是幫忙的，叫我去找老闆，問他要老闆電話，他又説老闆忙的很不管這些，直接給我掛了。

老闆娘非常好，有房間多，還給我換了個有窗户的，還可以在廚房裡麪做飯，非常方便，房間內陳設簡單，如果自己需要搞衞生也簡單
