到了酒店發現空調是壞的，一直打不起來熱風，然後打電話給前台問怎麼回事，前台告訴我她很忙，一會聯繫保安上來處理，等了十多二十分鐘沒人來，我打電話前台就不接電話了，然後我就去前台問，看到前台服務員一個人在那坐着玩手機，問她空調開不起暖風，她説已經弄好了，我有上去，到了房間發現還是沒有暖風，我又打電話去前台，她説她那裡顯示的空調正常，我房間有沒有暖風她就不知道了，讓她換房間她不換，讓她叫工作人員來看她也不正面回答，就説反正我這前台顯示的空調正常
下面有圖，凌晨打到第二天中午房間温度都沒有起來，反而跌了兩度

酒店有停車場，設施齊全，衞生、服務尚可，中規中矩的，周圍有小店可以解決吃飯問題，沒有大型超市，買東西不太方便。
