房間乾淨整潔，朋友介紹來的，在小區裏面安全安靜。離東江湖很近，性價比很高。還可以免費老闆娘很熱情。

抱着體驗的心態訂的酒店，不太理解為什麼一個名宿房間定價可以500➕，所以也用500➕酒店的要求來期待，果不其然體驗很差的，衞生間門口沒有地巾，衹有一張地墊，很臟不知道多久沒有清理過，花灑上全是水垢，衞生間、淋浴室更是不敢細看，衞生很差，小小的房間燈光有幾個冷白有幾個暖黃給我整懵逼了，窗簾毫無遮光效果，大早上日光透過窗簾給我亮醒，早上8店左右其他樓層裝修鑽牆，特別吵，根本沒辦法睡，不理解為什麼其他樓層裝修不提前跟客人溝通，體驗感巨差，價格比隔壁五星泊曼要高出不少，500的房間minibar也是沒有的，衹能説實在是膽子大，本來是預計前一天入住，線下找老闆訂的房間，結果轉車好幾趟精疲力盡馬上到店了，男士先去辦入住被告知那間房已經賣出去了？？？到店無房是要賠3倍的，因為線下預訂所以不重視嗎，態度跟賠償方案都是沒有的，整店一共7間房而已，7間房管理不明白嗎？之後才選擇在攜程訂，辦理入住時老闆娘直接問“你是哪個什麼妍是吧？”，實在太沒禮貌了，不記得客人名字當然沒關係，知否可以換成“您好，有預訂嗎？什麼名字預訂的呢？”，本身我也是做酒店的，老闆娘是熱情的，但是想開好一家店是否應該先去別的成熟的門店去學習呢？給客人好的體驗感，而非看到郴州旅遊業發現起來了就跟風開店呢？

整體很棒，下次來還會選擇這家民宿，我們大概晚上七八點到的，停車場也很多空位，不擔心沒位置，地理位置也很好，非常適合自駕的朋友們！
房間也很乾凈，因為跟朋友一起來的，定了三間房，每一件都很乾凈衞生。我們自己住的是帶陽台的那個房間，早上風景絕美！非常安利！！！
老闆娘會問我們幾點到達，幫我們提前開好空調，到達後還給我們切了西瓜，非常感謝！
