這次來東江湖旅遊入住東江湖雅閣度假酒店，酒店管理及服務質量都很好，房間乾淨整潔，早餐也非常豐盛，下次來資興還會過來住。

位置在東江邊，有遊輪碼頭，離高椅嶺也比較近。大堂雅典，自助早餐也比較豐富，非常安靜閑適。服務態度好，通過微信有問必答。可能是靠近江邊，加上陰雨天，有點潮濕，浴巾不是太乾爽。很值得推薦的酒店。

位置距離東江湖景區衹有不到十分鐘車程，周邊吃飯非常方便，而且也是東江湖夜遊船的起點。
酒店規模不小，功能也比較齊全，按説應該體驗感很好。不過入住真實感受最大的一點就是服務一般，準確説就是感覺不到熱情，接觸到的工作人員都是冷冰冰的，本來就是他家的無邊泳池去的，結果也沒開放，給出的理由是近期雨水多。退房的時候居然還要等待確認，讓人感覺回到十年前了。
還有房間中央空調控制器基本就是擺設，無論温度調到30度低風，室內依然温度在24度左右，晚上睡覺居然凍出鼻涕。

衞生很差，剛入住就發現馬桶上有污漬，都沒洗乾淨，真讓人噁心，這種低級錯誤都有！由於是晚上了，東西都攤出來了，換房很麻煩，前台就讓保安用酒精棉來擦，給搞衞生的阿姨一個差評。酒店前台服務還可以，第二天給我們房間升了級。馬桶事件讓人很不愉快。

這次在東江湖旅遊，住的雅閣酒店體驗感超好！位置超絕，離小東江景區近，出行遊玩很方便。酒店是中式庭院風，特別雅緻，房間乾淨又寬敞，前台服務熱情，工作人員美麗又熱情，小孩在泳池游泳全程工作人員看管 非常放心，負一樓餐廳吃飯方便，無邊泳池、乾淨 3樓還有健身房，下次還來！服務100分

郴州東江雅閣酒店太驚喜了！免費升級了家庭大床房，房間超大超舒服，用品齊全，陽台view直接看湖景！早餐的魚粉絕了，服務也超nice。就在東江湖邊，適合躺平度假，下次還來！

想帶小孩子去泡一下泳池，但是下雨了，有點天冷，遺憾了！最深1.2米，適合小孩子玩！
夜景很熱鬧，湖邊是夜遊船，還有小泳池的景觀很漂亮！床品也很舒服乾淨！
附近吃的也挺多的，打車也方便！
自助早餐選擇還可以的，但是自助早餐很快就收了，檸檬水到了9點半，準時收走了，想喝個水都沒有。。。
