非常好，環境很漂亮，房間衞生乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，酒店前台很熱情，服務周到。一樓有洗衣房，三樓有健身房，都可以免費自助使用，挺好的

酒店前台很熱情，還幫忙詳細介紹了本地的旅遊景點，餐飲，服務非常周到。酒店的房間非常棒，房間很大，也很乾凈，環境安靜，出門就是一片湖，景色優美，空氣清新。酒店早餐也很棒。是全家旅行的很好選擇。本地也有很多美食。
春節期間，酒店前台還有免費的漢服可以借用，配上酒店的佈景，拍照很棒。感謝前台服務人員的熱情周到的服務。

房間很大，可以看東江湖，驚喜是還有準備很豐盛的入住禮物，有小公仔，有飲品小零食，還有濕巾，有洗衣房，前台卸粧濕巾和一次性面巾都有，非常貼心。
