I was traveling to Chenzhou and wanted to visit the Xiaodong River. This B&B immediately caught my eye and I was blown away by the 270-degree windows. Looking out onto the Xiaodong River is truly breathtaking and soothing. I could even catch the first rays of dawn in the morning and take a stroll along the river in the evening! The stay was excellent. The hostess was very attentive and helped with my luggage. I could always contact her with any questions. I highly recommend it!

I woke up the next day and saw on the phone that they could only refund half of the room fee. I said I didn't sleep well that night and I had to drive a long distance back to Shenzhen. This kind of situation would never happen if I stayed in a hotel. There is backup electricity. Even if it happened, they would not handle the problem like this. In the morning, the toilet was blocked and couldn't be flushed. They didn't even provide a spoon and tea bag. In the end, I used a toothbrush to drink cereal. I can't forget it during the Chinese New Year. The funniest thing is that the store said in order to shirk responsibility that I brought a dog to check in. They knew it on my first day and reminded me to pay attention to hygiene. I did what I said. Everyone, please judge this accommodation experience. Is it too much for me to give 400 yuan per person? For a price difference of a few dozen yuan, I pushed the responsibility to Ctrip and let the platform handle after-sales. In the end, Ctrip charged me 200 yuan and then gave me another 300 yuan. Actually, I paid 400 per person, but the store owner lied to Ctrip and said that we had agreed on it at 12 o'clock at night, and that the room fee would be waived if I could stay out in the middle of the night. Isn't that ridiculous! If so, the store should have arranged a hotel with the same price for me to stay there. Our family of four didn't understand it that way. It was clearly meant to be waived because the experience was so bad. Do I need to be prepared to record the event to protect my rights when I check in? Be a person with conscience when doing things.
