從來沒有入住過那麼差服務的住宿，照片都是照騙，老闆人品更是有問題，一而再再而三出爾反爾！先是房間二樓跟桑拿房一樣，出風口對着吹，一樓冷冰冷，晚上還突然停電，幸虧老小先洗澡了，等了兩個小時才來電，所有設備都是電熱，不能沖水，不能洗澡，店家就轉200元補償，我沒有接受，來電後洗澡温涼的水冷得我哆嗦，店家上門跟我説免房費，大過年的我就忍了，第二天醒來看到手機説衹能退一半的房費，我説一宿沒睡好，還要開長途車回深圳，這種情況住酒店根本不會發生，有備用電，哪怕發生了，也不會這樣處理問題，早上上廁所馬桶堵塞沖不下去，連個勺子和茶包都不提供，最後用的牙刷喝麥片，大過年的真忘不了，最搞笑的是店家為了推卸責任説我帶狗來入住，我第一天來，他們就知道，提醒我注意衞生，我也説到做了，大家評評理，這種住宿體驗。我按人頭給400元過分了嗎？為了幾十元的差價，把責任推給攜程，讓平台處理售後，最後攜程讓我收了200元，再補我300元。實際我按照人頭400付款的，店家就跟攜程瞎扯，説晚上十二點跟我説好，免房費是讓我半夜出去住可以免，可不可笑！如果是，也應該是店家安排好同樣價格的酒店，讓我出去住，我們一家四口的理解都不是如此，明明就是體驗感超差直接免單的意思，出去入住還要做好錄音的準備來維權嗎？做人做事憑良心吧，店家把顧客和平台算計了個遍，這種店誰住誰知道，哪怕停電是意外，處理問題的態度可是負分！沒有任何誠信可言，説話不算數，還玩文字遊戲，好自為之吧！
