民宿位置就在東江邊，是在一個小區裏。司機把我們送地庫，剛好是他們民宿的入口，老闆很熱情，幫我們拿行李和推薦了餐廳。傍晚江上也起了霧，景色很美。早上開車去東江景區，非常近，不用早起，8點出發，也非常大霧。

這次入住的民宿非常滿意！位置非常好找！離景點也很近，出行非常方便。房間非常乾淨整潔，佈置的温馨舒適，設施齊全！尤其是熱水充足，一點都不擔心水壓，住着非常舒心。民宿裏面的工作人員都特別熱情好客，溝通順暢，回覆及時，給了我們很多當地實用的遊玩建議，是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗。下次來東江還會選擇這裏，也會推薦給朋友。

在這裏入住體驗到賓至如歸，周到體貼，根據個人喜好制定旅行路線，給出吃，玩和行的實打實的建議，快速有效。房間有設計感，非常乾淨，床品柔軟舒適，床軟硬對我來説剛剛好，枕頭也對我友好，我一向挑剔的頸椎都沒有感覺不舒服。上午老闆和店長圍坐在茶桌旁品茶，眼睛離不開夢幻綠的江水和燦爛讓人愉悦的日光，不覺已過半日。晚上我們一起在江邊的院子裏喝啤酒暢聊到十一點，這裏的每一個人都是熱情的，熱愛生活的，善良可愛。
還有一點補充，價格也是這附近性價比高的民宿。
下一次會推薦個朋友這無敵的江景，適合情侶浪漫旅行。

郴州也來過好幾次了，這是住得最舒服的一次，房間很乾凈整潔，重要的是還可以帶小狗，離小東江很近，還有高椅嶺和馬皇丘大峽谷開車半小時左右到，下次還來。

全咖色搭配白凈床品，電動雙窗簾，智能衞生間，抽象掛畫，簡約不失高級。大面積落地玻璃窗，窗外美景盡收眼底，給人開闊精神愉悦之感。服務優質貼心，體驗感好。

一凡民居房間非常乾淨，落地窗很美，房間內可以看到東江
服務：前台巨熱情，入住住前會提前問達到時間及車牌號，提前打開房間空調，確保入住體驗，真的巨好，玩到半夜一點多，車牌號未識別成功，前台深夜出來幫忙解決，非常感謝，非常不好意思打擾休息了，若房間有空的，前台會給升級，巨好！！！！剛到的時候前台還給我們準備了西瓜

這間民宿真的很好，管家很熱情，提前加微信發了民宿位置，預留停車位，還把我房間升級江景房，真的超喜歡，房間真的很好，很滿意，原本住一晚的、變了住兩晚才走，位置也好，開車幾分鐘就到東江景區，

原本訂的院景房，人美心善的管家老闆幫忙升級成江景房，據説還是面積最大的一間，早上醒來，一覽江景無餘，沏茶閑看水，江水綠如油。管家姐姐很親切，會時刻關注入住動態，房間的的基礎設施也很完備，週末小住兩天很是巴適
