全程詢問規定式服務。就是什麼你都得問，房間在哪，在哪吃飯，在哪泡温泉……然後服務員按照他們的要求對你的行程進行規定，對，他們的要求，你不能有需求， 你得遵守規定。從進入開始。你得找前台，前台就會告訴你一系列的規定，比如早餐，早餐劵上寫的7點~9點，但是不行，以服務員規定為準。説8.30開始你就得餓等，比如温泉，介紹説明13.30點~22點，也不行，21點你就得出來。但是前台的規定也不是最終規定。因為餐廳和温泉的服務員擁有最終解釋權。就比如温泉，20點多一點就關水了，就準備下班了。你得自覺，餐廳也是，好吃不好吃你都得快點，不能耽誤下班，至於設施環境衞生，你完成規定之後也可以自己打掃養護一下。

房間壞境差黑不溜秋的一點也不亮餐廳某些人嘴巴也* 這麼喜歡揹着客人説客人壞話真當客人耳背呢聽不見嗎不想在你們旅遊景點鬧事真的太差的體驗了 不會再去了客房前台小姐姐的態度非常好就是餐廳的態度差的令人噁心

酒店衞生還是蠻乾淨的。馬桶潔白沒有異味，服務也還行，能做到有問必答，房間的空間也大，裝修的時間可能有點早，風格比較老舊，我們過年期間住的中央空調沒有用，用掛機輔熱的，早餐品種有點少，就家常的稀飯，米粉，豆漿，饅頭，紅薯之類的。不過，江西的米粉確實是不錯，稀飯的米香味也比較濃厚。酒店周圍風景蠻好，翠綠的森林，好像把肺都清洗了一遍似的，不過温泉確實不錯，乾淨，有幾個湯池還在山上，連酒店水龍頭出的熱水都是富硒温泉水，温泉中心外面門口的池塘裏的水早上還是冒着熱氣的。
