風景優美 設施陳舊 馬桶有點臟 門把手油膩膩的 電吹風用不太明白 浴室那麼大卻沒有放沐浴露洗髮水的地方 不過價格確實很實惠 可能是地點太偏了 沒有充電樁要去鎮子上 希望能裝個公共洗衣機

周邊環境還不錯，空氣清新，水質不錯。本來是衝著泡温泉去的，温泉度假村的室外特色泉湯都沒了，衹能在室內簡單泡泡得了，而且服務人員素質太差，恨不得客人儘快離開，真是花錢買不順心！

酒店衞生還是蠻乾淨的。馬桶潔白沒有異味，服務也還行，能做到有問必答，房間的空間也大，裝修的時間可能有點早，風格比較老舊，我們過年期間住的中央空調沒有用，用掛機輔熱的，早餐品種有點少，就家常的稀飯，米粉，豆漿，饅頭，紅薯之類的。不過，江西的米粉確實是不錯，稀飯的米香味也比較濃厚。酒店周圍風景蠻好，翠綠的森林，好像把肺都清洗了一遍似的，不過温泉確實不錯，乾淨，有幾個湯池還在山上，連酒店水龍頭出的熱水都是富硒温泉水，温泉中心外面門口的池塘裏的水早上還是冒着熱氣的。

去大覺山玩，路過這家酒店。房間設施比較舊，更新非常慢，希望下次可以看到更好的房間。服務幾乎沒有，特別是前台的帥哥，簡直就是甩鍋，非常不專業，沒有禮貌，完全不知道什麼叫服務。温泉不錯，非常值得推薦。

全程詢問規定式服務。就是什麼你都得問，房間在哪，在哪吃飯，在哪泡温泉……然後服務員按照他們的要求對你的行程進行規定，對，他們的要求，你不能有需求， 你得遵守規定。從進入開始。你得找前台，前台就會告訴你一系列的規定，比如早餐，早餐劵上寫的7點~9點，但是不行，以服務員規定為準。説8.30開始你就得餓等，比如温泉，介紹説明13.30點~22點，也不行，21點你就得出來。但是前台的規定也不是最終規定。因為餐廳和温泉的服務員擁有最終解釋權。就比如温泉，20點多一點就關水了，就準備下班了。你得自覺，餐廳也是，好吃不好吃你都得快點，不能耽誤下班，至於設施環境衞生，你完成規定之後也可以自己打掃養護一下。
