My son and daughter in law came for their wedding day for 2 days. They got a very small room, without any congrulation, wine, chocolat or..... their is no elevator and you have to go 3 floors up without help. The breakfast was poor. The room was not cleaned. You pay a lot and you don't get any thing. Mon fils et ma belle fille sont venus pour 2 jours pour leur nuit de noce. Ils ont reçu une toute petite chambre sans aucune félicitation,fleurs, chocolat ou vins comme il se fait dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. Pas d'ascenseur et personne pour vous Accueillir et vous aider à monter les valises. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée et le petit-déjeuner était pauvre. Hôtels 5 étoiles avec un service 0 étoile. בני וכלתי התחנות בזכרון, רצו מלון 5 כוכבים וקיבלו מלון 0 כוכבים. אין מעלית ועלו לקומה 3 עם המזוודות ללא עזרה, ביקשו חדר לליל הכלולות, קיבלו חדר פיצפון בלי שום פרחים, יין,שוקולד או מזל אפילו מזל טוב. ארוחת הבוקר היתה דלילה ובכמויות מזעריות. לא ניקו להם את החדר. שילמו המון ולא קיבלו כלום. החזבה ענקית.

A great experience. A front office guy whose name is IDO Levi did a great job! Was very helpful, friendly and we felt like home! Thanks to all the staff of the hotel! It was lovely being here and spending our weekend here Our room was upgraded to Deluxe with a Sea View and we enjoyed it !!!

elma is an amazing experience From the moment we booked we were "adopted" by viki from reception. She found us a room with a view & sorted out parking All the staff were extremely friendly The room was spacious and clean. Food top class.We went to a concert one night in their auditorium. Art is everywhere and there are guided tours of the complex. All was just perfect

My stay at the hotel was the worst stay ever in any hotel - nothing I have asked was respected (for instance not to put any perfume in the room since I am alergic), but this was nithing compared to what I did find: the room was not clean, the bed - horrible, lighthing did not work well or did not work at all (I could continue and give more details including the horrible attitude from a lady called Adi, apparently the vice manager, she strictly yelled at me, she was frightening) I realise from other people who know the place that it is a very neclected place, trying to look beautiful, very deceiving. Horrible.. Don't go there!!

I had a wonderful experience with my wife. We received the room we requested, even though we changed our mind at the last minute, and it was amazing. Besides that, Viki from the reception was super nice and kind and cared for us. We will surely come back someday.

My mother and I went together for a special spa vacation and we had the best time! From the moment Victoria checked us in, I knew it would be great. She was so helpful, attentive and kind!! The hotel was nice, great breakfast and service overall. The views can’t be beat and the location near the midrachov shops was perfect for us!

I was pleasantly surprised upon checking in and was very well received by the Elma Staff. Victoria "Viki" at the front desk exudes professionalism and is an absolute joy. During my stay as a guest at the Elma Hotel Arts Complex, Viki has made (and is currently making) it her mission to accommodate me and take care of all my guest needs. She has offered first class assistance with all my requests; that ranged from arranging for me to receive my favorite brand of sparking water (daily)... to recommending & reserving: - art tours - transport to the surrounding tourist areas - excellent restaurants to dine at & - salons for grooming needs. Thank you to Viki and the Staff of Elma Hotel Arts Complex for helping make my stay a pleasant one!

It was amazing and wonderful, viki from hospitality is super nice and professional. Our every request was met with the outmost care and dedication to our needs. The whole staff at reception and breakfast was pleasant and accommodating. We stayed for 2 nights during the week and had a great spa treatment too.
