Both the owner and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. This was my first visit, and I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful the hot spring water was – it was incredibly soothing to soak in. I anticipate that once the ongoing construction is finished for my next visit, the overall experience will be even better.

Facilities: When I booked, I hadn't realized that the outdoor hot spring facilities were still under construction, meaning there was no outdoor swimming pool available. However, the hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful; they arranged for our children to swim at a nearby outdoor pool and warmly provided us with all the necessary information and precautions. The hotel informed us that the construction of their core facilities would be completed soon, and I'm confident it will only get better. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
Environment: The hotel boasts a creative and stylish design.
Couple's Afternoon Tea: A definite highlight.
