房間大，但設施老舊，窗户關不上，衹能將就，房間地毯看着不是很乾凈，服務一般中的一般。2025年的今天，還需要問顧客要按金，還要等查房之後才能退按金。早餐一般。沒有標註星級的標準。管理服務不能與時俱進。體驗很一般。

酒店環境舒適，遊玩一天後有浴缸可以泡澡很不錯，酒店裡可以點外賣送餐到房間。因為地勢較高所以視野很好，可以俯看秭歸縣城及三峽大壩全景。
