經常出差住酒店，第一次遇到床單破損貼補丁，瞬間覺得不舒服，衞生間到處是飛蟲，房間衞生也很差，前台服務極差，愛搭不理的。

很少給差評，這家是提前預訂的，到的時候酒店正在換門牌改名字。導航到了發現名字不對給前台打電話，連打三次都是響幾聲掛掉。第四次才接通。換名字就不能提前跟預訂的客人説一聲？定的房間一洗澡地漏返水，找前台安排位保安師傅上來弄，弄了半天説不行，弄不了得等明天修理部上班再修，讓湊合用洗澡水小點。再找前台要求換房，同等房型的沒有了，衹能換套房，這套房衹有一張大床和一張摺疊床，沒辦法孩子衹能睡摺疊床了。這床單上的污漬清晰可見。

我幾乎很少會寫評價，但是的確要吐槽一下，因為領着孩子和長者，入住的時候告訴前台安排2個近一點的房間，前台人員告訴已經安排了兩個最近的了（中間隔了8間房），去了房間一看2個同等房型面積不同，一個房間特別小，一個房間還可以，給前台打電話前台告訴是因為不同擺放物品的原因顯得小，同一樓層同一方向的房間怎麼會因為擺放問題呢，我要求換房間，最後換完之後中間就隔了2個房間，這不是明擺着有房間一開始不想給嘛，第二天上午詢問前台最晚幾點退房，前台來了一句要是給個好評的話可以延遲到下午2點，？這是什麼操作？不給好評還不能2點退房嗎？現在還有不是2點退房的酒店嗎？索要好評也得做好了再要啊！房間門鎖是壞的，隔音效果也非常差！我真的都很無奈，忘記帶充電器了前台人員把個人充電器借我用了一下，這個是要感謝的，其他的真是一言難盡
