房間很寬敞乾淨和温馨，設施齊全，投影很大，住着舒心，距離市中心也很近，門口就有共享電動車，出行吃飯和購物非常方便。
提個小建議，類似草酸、鹼類的清潔劑不要直接放在衞生間，避免家庭帶小孩子入住的誤觸風險。

我真的要狠狠誇獎一下這個民宿，雖然它在一個不起眼的樓房裡，但是他真的很乾凈，偶遇單元裏住户還説，老闆姐姐是一個有潔癖的人，住她家就是衞生完全放心！
而且老闆推薦的店鋪也很好吃！距離車站時間來得及就做個公交，時間來不及就打車10幾分鐘一定能到～真的很nice

因為要帶小老狗來淄博，看好評來的，對民宿不報太大希望，沒想到非常滿意，房間不錯，陽台也很可愛。商家服務很周到，交通便利，周圍便民市場有非常好吃的鍋盔和肉燒餅，價格不貴卻十分美味。希望能一直保持下去，以後來淄博還住這裏😇

服務：美女老闆超貼心，我們自駕車高下不了地庫，美女用自己的車在公寓門口幫我佔了車位，還一直等到八點多，我們到了停好車才走❤
衞生：房間很乾凈，還準備了一次性毛巾、浴巾、浴缸套，入住晚第二天就走，沒享受到大浴缸，下次有機會補上😍
設施：房間佈置很有特色，榻榻米設計，窗邊小地台很出片，還有房型設計同名譯本《瓦爾登湖》，增添文藝氣息👍
環境：樓下緊挨大商場，本地特產店，各種美味快餐、蛋糕房，還有趙一鳴零食店，居然營業到十一點，各種零食美味，而且寵物友好，我抱着小狗開冰箱不衞生，結賬時麻煩收銀小姐姐幫我去冰箱拿酸奶，熱心有周到！

淄博找不到合適的寵物友好酒店，所以衹能找民宿了。説實在的，這個分數很難給。
價格便宜，所以沒有很高的預期，周邊熱鬧，店家態度也很不錯，地板打掃得很乾凈，這些都挺不錯了。
但是衞生間的反臭實在是太厲害了，儘管店家第二天來處理過了，衹要一關窗味道就很重。
這個就是難給分的點，對於這個價格來説整體算是OK了，但是這個反臭真的不能忍。希望店家能找到根治的方法。
地面停車位子不多，也挺難停的，有點混亂。地庫位子充足，二十一個晚上。

房間裏面真的是超出預期，空調非常涼爽，浴缸很大，而且該有的東西都有，並且最重要的是！浴巾和毛巾都是一次性的，還有陽台，弔籃，唯一的缺點就是酒店外面看起來破破的，但是打開門，裏面真是讓人耳目一新。如果下次還要住在張店，一定還去這家店！
