入住房間有頭髮，我提出換房，酒店給我換房後提出讓我補差價説價格不一樣。我去洗手間看到換房後廁所蓋是打開的裏面有煙頭，這樣的衞生有待提高。空調還時不時的滴一下水（關空調熱，不關空調喂蚊子）。
