實話實説，這個酒店性價比還是比較高的，前台服務小妹也很熱情。熱情的告訴我怎麼搭車。去實驗室裏怎麼做便宜怎麼不方便，怎麼這麼實惠。服務的培訓非常好

這是竹山唯一的一家連鎖酒店，平時都是住維也納，所以毫不猶豫選擇了這裏，連鎖品牌果然沒讓我失望，到的時候是晚上，遠遠滴就看到維也納招牌了，停車也很方便，就在酒店門口，一下車工作人趕緊過來幫忙提行李，服務很熱情，安排的房間剛好靠河邊，能夠看到窗外的美景，心情也美美噠，過來遊玩的朋友，推薦入住這裏，吃喝玩都很方便！

這家酒店的體驗感真的超級棒，交通真的好方便，挨着高速路口，下高速幾分鐘就到，酒店的大樓特別顯眼，開着車遠遠的就看見了酒店的名字。最貼心的是停車場，我們行李特別多，兩個人正準備開幹呢，保安大叔看見直接過來搭了把手，還指揮着把車停在離電梯最近的位置，感動。房間收拾的很乾凈，簡約大氣的裝修風格看着就舒服，房間還有兩瓶水，渴死的我們得到了拯救。有智能機器人送外賣，敲門時還會説“您的餐到啦，請慢用”，好可愛，不用下樓取外賣就是好，也不用擔心麻煩別人，社恐懶人福利。床好軟啊，坐了一天車躺上去渾身都舒服了，躺了半天才去洗澡，衞生間乾濕分離做的好好，沐浴露好香。朋友吹頭髮，發現吹風機有點兒小問題，就給前台打了電話，沒兩分鐘就有工作人員送來了新的，還教了怎麼使用，走的時候還問了要不要幫忙檢查下空調，好貼心。晚上出去吃飯，前台小姐姐怕我們找不到路，還給我們指了方向，給我們推薦了附近的餐館和城裡的小吃街。回來時路過大廳，前台小姐姐還問我們玩的怎麼樣，心情美美噠。房間隔音效果也不錯，一覺睡到天亮，性價比怎麼高，服務還這麼好，下次來肯定還選這兒。
