酒店環境很好，空氣很清新，餐廳的食物還不錯，泳池旁邊的水吧環境很贊，適宜的氣温和微風，音量正好的背景音樂和環繞的羣山相得益彰。本次房型視野極佳，設施完好。管家鴨鴨服務特別好，從即將入住階段加上微信開始，就一直保持一個非常專業、貼合且認真的服務意識，能感覺到她/他的走心，讓人有種賓至如歸的感覺。詢問得我們帶寵出行，鴨鴨及時籌備每一項適合我們的服務，及時回覆每一個問題和對應每一個要求，讓我和家人的入住體驗非常好，秦皇古道介紹的亦很詳細，下次來還找鴨鴨，謝謝鴨鴨。

第一次來諸暨芳草地度假酒店，來之前就看到了網上風評褒貶不一，因為是坐落在山裡邊，位置確實有點偏僻，不過酒店的整體環境還是很好的，沒想到還有管家服務，我的管家鴨鴨服務挺好的，很細心的，酒店的基本訊息還有小童活動介紹的很詳細，有應必答，因為山裡早晚温差比較大，鴨鴨還會貼心的提醒我加衣服，真的特別貼心，説實話有這樣的員工，有機會我還會再來的，謝謝鴨鴨，祝酒店越來越好！

酒店度假管家鴨鴨的服務特別好，很有耐心，在我入住酒店之前就聯繫我添加了微信，把酒店的相關訊息很詳細的發送我，還幫我現拍了小溪和彩虹橋的視頻，幫我介紹酒店的各種活動訊息，酒店周圍的餐食遊玩項目介紹的也很詳細，這次入住時間很短，有機會一定會再次過來的，因為有了管家鴨鴨的質量服務，使我們的入住體驗感滿滿，再次感謝鴨鴨！

基礎房型比較小，大堂不夠氣派。酒店餐飲有點小貴！最驚喜的是後酒店邊上的小溪，可以摸魚抓蝦。小孩子很喜歡！

設施：非常完善，很新很大，房間還有地暖
衞生：每天都打掃得很乾凈
環境：像景區一樣漂亮，在酒店裡拍了好多照片。有瀑布，河流，小溪，鴛鴦和鴨子，山羊，兔子，孔雀，雞鴨貓狗。卡丁車，跑馬場。非常適合寵物和親子遊玩！還有寵物早餐和寵物禮包。
服務： 都很熱情，接駁車雨天也很方便。特別是徐粉英阿姨，還把山上挖到的三根筍送我們啦，我爸爸開心死了帶回上海炒菜。
這次爸媽和小貓都玩得很開心，酒店山景別墅的房間也特別好，視野很開闊，獨棟的又很有私隱。
離五泄景區也很近。非常美好的回憶！

房間還可以，就是作為親子房使用的話，浴缸在客廳不大合適，外加也沒看到浴缸套。兩大一小這床也有點擁擠了，但風景什麼都不錯
