設有遊樂設施，小溪可溯溪，風景宜人環境不錯空氣清新，適合親子度假哦。就是房間稍小，小鎮附近餐館可選擇較少，交通不便。

入住的樹屋，需要爬幾層樓梯就當是鍛鍊了，房間乾淨整潔，就是電視投屏比較奇怪，還得按金師傅上門來安裝個投屏外接設備。酒店環境沒的説，很舒適，酒店停車場有幾個充電樁，比較少，不過好些人充完了不讓出來😓，酒店餐食還是可以的，早餐豐富，正餐比想象中的好吃，不過定價確實太貴了，比滬幣消費還貴！酒店內的小童玩樂設施很多，很齊全適合親子出遊！夏天玩水不錯，可以釣魚，不過在有人玩水的時候就別釣了哦！

總體挺好的，餐廳的晚餐和早飯很好吃，就是小童遊玩設備還沒完工有點遺憾，表揚巖罕囡和另一個女孩子的篝火晚會，巖的手工課也很好

房間都在山上，景色環境優美。
遊玩了很多項目，卡丁車，套大鵝，皮划艇。
小朋友玩的不亦樂乎。

感謝諸暨芳草地所有的工作人員，給我們此行帶來了賓至如歸的美好體驗。無論是前台接待的禮賓人員、接駁車小哥哥小姐姐，客房維修師傅，都十分的熱情周到。後一晚入住樹屋套房，樓層很高，工作人員幫忙搬運行，多次送客房物品，真的非常感謝。退房的時候，兔子姐姐直接送我們到了停車場，真是太暖心了。

房間衞生情況一言難盡，露台和房間內處處是結了很久很久的蜘蛛網，猜到打掃很馬虎，但是剛清潔完的房間連地上頭髮都還在，桌面上還有殘留的黏膩的飲料，這到底是有多隨意。
住的兩晚草坪區域都在動次打次放土嗨歌曲，所以這也是第一次帶狗狗住酒店沒有逛過草坪。
【寵物友好】—極其敷衍，沒有見到服務人員的友好態度，給的寵物小禮包裏沒有任何值得留念的物品，寵物不能進餐廳，節假日人多這個規定我可以理解，但是過了長假寧願把一整塊靠窗區域關閉，也不給帶寵物。寵物友好不是要求有什麼特殊服務，如果人寵素質高確實可以換位思考提供方便。還有評論中及社交媒體上看到的寵物早餐我們一天沒看到。
早上七點多被房間門口持續尖叫玩耍的熊孩子吵醒，酒店方如果沒辦法做好寵物友好服務，就請把最基本的酒店服務再提升一下。

對比後面入住的希爾頓，這家芳草地衹能用呵呵來形容
退房當天早上10:25就有工作人員來敲門，我們起床開門她逃走了，也真是滑稽。我開門沒見到人就去陽台上看了下，一路看着她急匆匆的逃走。這是怕我們都睡過頭嗎？
早餐我問服務員筷子在哪，那位正在收拾餐桌的服務員轉身去抽屜裏拿了雙筷子給我，那雙油油的筷子看得我腦殼疼
