The amenities were great, clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The service from the staff was truly excellent; everyone was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. One thing I really appreciated was how kid-friendly the place was, there were plenty of attractions and activities to keep the little ones entertained, so parents can actually relax too! I’ll definitely be coming back.

管家鴨鴨蠻好的，回覆都很積極，第一晚還送了水果和礦泉水來，非常貼心。
晚上有篝火晚會，一羣人圍在一起參加節目，跳了兔子舞，參與了節目，氛圍很好。
設施：
酒店外的無動力設施，規模還算可以，小朋友很喜歡玩，玩了個把小時。
套餐裏送了騎馬划船卡丁車三選一，我們選的騎馬，小朋友第一次騎，玩的很開心。
萌寵樂園裡有孔雀、山羊、兔子、小狗等小動物，可以近距離餵食，小朋友很喜歡投喂。
總體來説小朋友玩的很開心，小朋友開心大人就開心。

第二次入住諸暨芳草地度假酒店 。給我們升級了別墅一居室，房間很大很滿意的。環境依舊很好。是家庭出遊的不二選擇。管家小水母很貼心，都儘量滿足了我們的要求，前台的小鹿姐姐送給了寶寶可愛的小玩具。整個酒店的工作人員都很熱情，很喜歡孩子，逗孩子笑。氛圍很好。

沒有訂到漁屋，衹好選擇流水木屋了。看了下每間流水也有所不同，房間整體還行，我們這間有個超大的露台，可是河對岸就是酒店停車場，沒啥私密性了。酒店裡可玩的很多，養了很多小動物，小溪也很漂亮，秋天山上風景不錯。

首次入住諸暨芳草地度假酒店就給我們留下了不錯的感覺。車到大堂門口就有服務員上前幫忙提包、拖拉行李箱，前台服務員熊貓（微信名）也熱情接待，為方便我們老年人出入，還給予客房升級。客房收拾的乾淨整潔，客房服務員都能笑臉相迎。酒店傍山依水，坐在陽台上不僅可欣賞面前葱鬱山林，還可低頭看到溪水匆匆流過，溪流對岸是酒店形狀各異、又具不同特色的樹屋、松鼠屋、香榧子屋等客房，給人新奇的感覺。酒店充滿鄉村氣息，雞、鴨、鵝、羊、孔雀、兔子等多種萌寵更吸引小童的喜歡。
