I had been staying this hotel for my 3rd time. There is much improvement since I stay. The hotel did listen to my advise about smoking smell. They had most of the cleaning done and smell is some sort lesser.
For those overseas parents sending their children to zhiluji for education. This is the closest hotel they could find.

Good amenities and rooms are quite clean. Though the beds were hard & pillows are thin. Close to 2 schools which were our main purpose in Zhuji. Easy to head to malls & stations, close enough. Rooms were simple and quite spacious, but can hear noise from outside. Front desk staff was unfriendly :(

This my 2nd booking. As mentioned before is 2nd closest to my daughter school. In summer was very hot. There were bugs entering the room till the bedding. I m ok with it but my family was not.

I booked a king-size bed room at first. The air conditioner didn't cool down after four hours. The TV couldn't project the screen. I asked the front desk and was told that I had to change rooms. I went downstairs and was told that I had to pay extra for changing rooms. It was really strange. I was speechless. The TV in the room I changed to was small and couldn't connect to the Internet. The remote control didn't work at all. I had to unplug the TV to turn it off. What made me even more angry was that the sound insulation was very, very poor. I was woken up by the sound of traffic at 4 a.m. and basically didn't sleep much afterwards. It was a very bad experience.
