上次來西施故里就看到了這個觀堂酒店，這次和朋友一起來，就直接選了西施故里觀堂，就在景區裏面，出入景區方便，聽聽免費越劇，沿着江邊徒步，很舒適。裏面餐飲也很多，次塢打麪，一尺花園，綠茶餐廳，都去吃了。

除了早餐比較一般之外，其他都算還不錯。位置比較好，停車場有兩道欄桿，開車去的要提前報備酒店，不然酒店專屬停車區域進不去。

環境：酒店其實就是位於西施故里遊客中心；房間朝向街，白天會非常吵雜。
設施：酒店雖新，但內裝部分設施非常不合理；吹風機放置的外殼非常尖鋭，導致手部劃破。本想就算了，沒想到後續發生更多不愉快的事情。
服務：極差！
前台非常不耐煩。早餐從自助餐改成房間送餐減了不少配套餐飲已經夠不舒心了，菜單的表述也不夠清晰，前台的介紹非常不耐煩。
以致送餐後，後續對所選餐飲有疑義，也不知道自己到底吃了什麼。
“所謂”的管家：提前一天要了手機號加了微信，但後續對早餐送餐的缺失有疑義聯繫管家，所謂的管家卻要求客人自己打電話問餐廳，理由是他們沒有客人手機號？（雖然事後餐廳打了電話，但除了口頭道歉，真正的解決了什麼問題？）
總之，對此酒店非常不推薦，本來觀堂系列的賣點就在於當地的體驗，但實際令人非常失望。

酒店裡有個非常美的蘇式園林，空氣超好，很安靜。房間也是江南風。服務很好，客人有訴求反應迅速。早餐是套餐，送到房間的，小餛飩、藤羹、小粽子都好吃。住了兩天，邊上的西施故里、浣紗江可以散步，還有一尺花園。不錯的酒店，值得再來

酒店環境很好，服務人員也很好，十一點多提早到了客服幫忙升房了，還幫忙拿行李，因孩子作業沒寫完還幫忙延遲了兩小時退房，還詢問需不需要幫忙搬運行李。隔音還好，沒有評論説的那麼差，入住的二樓，早上也沒有被周邊吵醒，西施故里晚上很漂亮，五月去泳池沒開放，孩子説七月份還想再去住一晚。早餐是越小廚也很好
