nice hotel!

The hotel is new, very clean, comfortable and stylish with a magnificent view to a Zhuhai Macau Bridge, which looks like a pearl necklace in the dark. Breakfasts were delicious, especially wonton soup, don’t miss the chance to order it to a friendly chief! Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Zhang Yan Xin, she always made extra efforts to explain to us in English everything we needed and even made a heads-up about sunrise time, so we didn’t miss it, though bed was too comfortable to leave it early. We loved everything and will definitely will come again! Thank you so much!!

Hotel is clean and spacious. The location is close to the beach. Only issue is the hotel currently it's under renovation. Besides all good ☺️

TV and Bluetooth speaker don't work in room. Room is clean and check in fasr.

This seaside hotel is perfect! Just open the window and you will see the endless sea view, which is just a few steps away. When I checked in last night, a warm-hearted gesture by a lady named Zhang at the front desk made the name of the Grand Hyatt Hotel (I also read Mr. Ji's essay and was deeply touched) deeply imprinted in my memory. At that time, I was checking in and wanted to add breakfast. The ladies at the front desk were all recommending downloading the APP to scan the code. Due to network reasons, I couldn't finish downloading it for a long time. My parents are old. They came from Guangzhou to Zhuhai. They were tired all day, so they sat next to them to rest and wait. Seeing that the two elderly people were tired from the journey, the lady said to her colleagues twice in a row: "There are elderly people waiting all the time. Let's not download the APP, just scan the code!" Although I downloaded the APP in the end, I was very moved by Miss Zhang's kind gesture. I personally live abroad all year round. This is the first time I stay at Grand Hyatt in China. It is the first time I read the book of Mr. Ji Qi, the general manager of Huazhu Group, in the hotel. I am fortunate to learn Mr. Ji's philosophy of life and business philosophy. Next time I go on a business trip or travel, I will choose Grand Hyatt again. The service at Huazhuhui flagship store is just great. They arrange special services during holidays when resources are tight. The room is large and the view is great. It's perfect for having supper facing the sea. I will come again next time.
