Hotels with Breakfast in Zhuhai

I had a comfy experience with the concierge service! They provided helpful information, and I especially appreciated the warm welcome from Bella at the reception. It was also a big relief that they could speak Cantonese! My room was cozy, and I had some of the best sleep there. Plus, the location is fantastic if you are planning to head to Macau the next day! Unfortunately, it rained during my stay, so I missed the chance to go swimming. I hope I get to try out their swimming pool next time!

Location is so convenient, just 2 minutes walk from Gongbei port. Many eateries nearby. Rooms are big and spacious with good view. Many amenities provided. Excellent service by reception Ms Chen Xinyi for being so patience and kind to explain interesting tourist spot. This has save us a lot of time and effort to look for it. The house keeper too was very quick to respond to our call.

The location of the hotel is very accessible and very closed to the Hengqin Port. No matter if you arrive from Hengqin Port (10 minutes) or Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau Bridge (40 mins) , the transportation is still very convenient. The hotel provides a variety of breakfast choices, ranging from traditional Chinese breakfast like congee and dumplings to western styled breakfast particularly freshly-baked bread rolls and scramble eggs.

lighting in the carpark is not enough or under lighting. traffic sign on the ground at the ground floor level near the entrance to the carpark has faded away leading vehicles driving the wrong way. gym too small. male restroom in the gym not attended up to a five star hotel standard. there is only one towel bowl and with no toilet paper. the swimming pool is closed.

Fantastic experience all around. Stayed in the hotel room and also in the camping caravan. Both the adults and kids loved the experience. One or two small minor inconveniences but can't the overall service more than made up for it. Maybe a bit difficult for English speakers but can't fault them - we chose to go to China and to this particular hotel, so it's only fair we made the effort to learn a bit of Chinese!

The hotel location is very convenient to access food and mall. It is very near the check point to Macau. The hotel hygiene is good and staff is very polite and friendly. They are helpful and approachable. The facilities is sufficient and suitable for kids. Bath tub is almost new and clean. I would stay again and recommend other friends to stay here.

Location is extremely convenient for travelling within Zhuhai, nearby Macau and Hong Kong. Gongbei port is just 10 minutes walk. A shopping mall is directly under this hotel. Hotel front desk and concierge are helpful. Conceirge even showed me the short cut leading to the Gongbei port. A lot of local guests within this hotel. Quite a few restaurants in this hotel. I tried their hotpot restaurant, beef was fresh, food was tasty and service staff was very attentive. There are plenty of eating places around as well. Facility is old surrounded by very old buildings and streets. Easy to get taxi to move around to places of interests e.g. 日月贝，圆明新园，板樟山 etc. Small swimming pool and gym. Not crowded at all. Water supply from the room was not so good and inconsistent temperature. Thus a little troublesome when showering. I find the most uncomfortable part was the bed. I think the mattress was not in good condition. It was noisy whenever I sat or turned and changed my laying down position. I did not sleep well. Feedback to hotel front desk when I checked out. Hope they address the problem avoid impacting the next guest(s).

This is a wonderful trip. 3 days 2 nights unlimited access of theme park. Include - buffet dinner . Chimelong is the best theme park in the world . Hope I can see chimelong theme park built all over the world.

We were told our room was upgraded upon arrival. The river view room was good. My kid was also given a toy upon check in. However, a condom package was found under bed. This is very disgusting and unacceptable. We came with a group of friends with kids. We got a complaint from room one level down. To our disbelief, the staff allowed the guests down one level to come to our floor and room to confront us directly. This is unprofessional and shocking and made us feel very offended. We tried to talk to the front desk regarding this and they said they would have their manager to come to talk to us. It turned out they didn’t send anyone at all.

Suitable for all ages such as parent-child, family, business, etc. Parent-child fun is more recommended. Non-winter is the next non-winter. The items are more abundant. Water amusement park, flamingo zoo, parent-child reading are all suitable for children. There are also commuter buses to the Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship Park, which is also very convenient.
