We are served by Ms Saifeng Si. She is very helpful and thoughtful through out the check in and check process. She ensure all details are settled and even kids are taken care of. She provide us an excellent and wonderful service. She is a great staff that L Hotel has . The hotel is very clean and convenient . The room are well kept and clean . The kids enjoyed the stay and have great fun in the hotel stay . Kids friendly hotel .

It's my first time to stay at Marriott Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located at the intersection, and the service is very good. Because I checked in late at night and haven't eaten yet, I called to ask about the delicious midnight snack. The staff Clean patiently recommended the local specialties, which were very delicious. The room is also clean, spotless, comfortable to live in, and the breakfast is nice. It is the first choice and satisfactory to stay.

Great services and great hotel. We arrive at late evening but the restaurant and hotel were so nice and get everything ready and prepared. We feel very welcome and had great time here. Me and my family had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The facilities were amazing, and the outdoor swimming pool is gorgeous. There is also a tennis court, a gym room, an indoor swimming pool and also other facilities. The room is spacious, and the sea view is magnificent. There is also a massive balcony that faces the gigantic ocean. The tub was very nice and there is also a walk-in closet. The hotel lobby is stunning, and the television has movies, tv shows and other kinds of entertainment. Moreover, the staff was helpful. They helped us a lot. For example, we asked to get a bag of ice, and the staff gave us a whole bucket of ice! They even helped us to put the ice into the drink! Also, they gave my 13-year-old son a free breakfast buffet which were not included in the package of the hotel room we booked, which only offers a 2-adult breakfast buffet meal. The hotel is also very clean. Moreover, we would love to thank Minnie and Jane, the two of the most helpful and kind staff we have ever met. They were very nice and helped us with a lot of things and we really appreciate what they helped us. We strongly recommend you stay at this hotel as everything is perfect there and again, we want to thank you Jane and Minnie for their warm services.

I had an incredible stay at Angsana Phoenix Bay Zhuhai! The room was beautifully decorated for my birthday, making it feel so special. The staff were fantastic, especially Hedi, who was exceptionally attentive and kind. I loved the photoshoot gift, and the buffet had a great variety. The spa experience, with a generous discount voucher, was amazing and truly relaxing. I’m definitely looking forward to returning!

Room is clean, staff are friendly and they have even gone extra miles — carried our luggage to Zhu hai railway station on checkout. Our stay at Charming was great, will definitely recommend to others.

1. Hotel Package and Value for Money The hotel package was extremely affordable and offered excellent value. It included a seafood dinner buffet, two days of breakfast, 3D2N unlimited entry to both Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship, and even a free ferry ride. This was a fantastic deal and made our stay very budget-friendly for all the experiences it included. 2. Hotel Amenities Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel is highly family-oriented, with plenty of kids’ amenities. There’s an indoor playground, a water park, and even their own dolphin pool! Our daughter loved the tailored experience, especially with the room beautifully decorated in a dolphin theme, complete with balloons and a children’s bed. The hotel really made an effort to cater to families. The only downside was that the basic rooms do not have interconnected doors, which would be more convenient for families needing multiple rooms. 3. Chimelong Ocean Kingdom The park was an absolute highlight of our trip. The scale of Ocean Kingdom is impressive, though it does require a lot of walking, which can be tiring. One drawback was that the shuttle bus didn’t stop close to the park entrance, making it a bit inconvenient. However, the park offers plenty of entertainment for the entire family, with amazing attractions like the Orca and Whale Shark exhibits. The size of the park means there’s always something new to see and do. 4. Overall Experience We had an amazing time at both the hotel and the park. The combination of the family-friendly hotel amenities and the diverse attractions at Ocean Kingdom made this trip memorable for all of us. We are definitely planning a second visit!

Booked 2 king rooms for a short stay with my family. Upon arrival at the hotel I was informed that one of the rooms wasn’t ready, not a problem since we did arrive a little early. Staff graciously asked us to wait as they’d push housekeeping to clean the other room and make sure we could have 2 rooms next to eachother. The rooms themselves look fantastic, the decor is looking a bit worse for wear in places (lots of scuff marks and paint peeling of doors) but the views of Macau are to die for. However I do have serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the property. Upon entering into my room I smelled a strong tobacco smell, even though it was a non smoking room. The windows both in the living room and bathroom were all smudged and greasy with fingerprints and where people had been leaning against them. I thought maybe this was an oversight from housekeeping but upon checking the other room my family was staying in, I saw that the windows there were just as dirty on the inside. Next were the dead cockroaches in the vase next to the door. These had obviously been there for a while since there was dust on them. How housekeeping could have missed them is beyond me since it’s so obvious and the (empty) vase is located right in the middle of the hallway. The absolute worst however was the wooden box that held the amenities in the bathroom. The box was absolutely disgusting, it was full of dust and had hairs in it from previous guests. When I removed a toothbrush I actually saw little bugs crawling all around the box (see red circle). In my opinion this is not befitting a hotel of this standard and price range. Upon checking out the next day I mentioned these hygiene issues to the lady at the desk who spoke perfect English but didn’t seem to care that much. She gave a very “standard” response saying “I’ll tell housekeeping, I hope you’ll try us again next time”. Zero acknowledgment that this complaint would be taken seriously at all. Unfortunately this is not the kind of response one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. A real shame since other than the obvious lack of proper cleaning of the rooms, the hotel itself is wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and generally speak good English. For a St Regis, the pricing is also very agreeable.

We had a wonderful time. Our registration was quick and easy. The reception staff was very helpful. We were given a wechat contact on arrival of one of the receptionists who was great for answering our questions. A lot of the staff spoke English very well which made things easier. The bar staff was great and the drinks were brought quickly. Unfortunately we were a bit early in the season so the outdoor pool was not open. There is a very nice and large beach area however there was only 1 place with chairs and no umbrellas. It would be nice if they spread some chairs out along the beach and install some umbrellas. We will definitely return again.

3 minutes walk from the HK Macau Mainland Border crossing and Zhuhai Railway Station for all Soeed trains / trains . Beautiful Rooms , family room has got extra bed and children play toys . Traditional ambience with all modern amenities. Beautiful Swimming pool, yes v didn’t had time splash water. It was a business trip . From Bangalore India.
