Stayed 1 night late August. 24kms and ¥40 taxi ride from ZhongweiNan fast train station. The area used to be a farm on a bend of the Yellow River. There are numerous accommodation areas, all looking similar. Apparently, one person owns all, and rents out clusters to various entities. Ours had a restaurant, but it wasn't open. For dinner and included breakfast, we went to the first restaurant on the right as you enter through the security gate from the carpark. Peaceful part of the world. Facility had a nice little pool, but water was too cold. Too dangerous to swim in the river. As you face the river, we walked right to a glamping area and had a cold beer. There is a petting zoo type deal on the way. To the left, you eventually climb up to a mini version of the great wall. Keep walking, for a side track to the river, or up to a little pavilion after crossing a road. + points, well set up, peaceful and secure. - points, zero English and most frustrating experience I've had in China even with apps both ways. We all travel with a price to quality/experience ratio. In this instance, far too high, and I wouldn't be back or recommend this place

The experience of staying at Huanghe Suji's homestay was unexpectedly good. The room was large and clean, with a simple and generous style. There were green plants outside the window. There was a plank road leading directly to the Yellow River. The west slope was very close to the Great Wall, so you could watch the sunset. We were also given afternoon tea after we checked in. Various warm reminders were sent to us in a timely manner through WeChat. The housekeeper Yaoyao was very considerate. She also gave us souvenirs when we checked out, and gave gifts to the children when we left. The children were very happy~

The room is very stylish, the folk house is perfect for taking photos, and there is a small path leading directly to the Yellow River. The afternoon tea is also great, the freshly baked apple cinnamon rolls are delicious, and the freshly cooked sour plum soup is also delicious. The housekeeper Yaoyao is very considerate and will contact you in advance before check-in to introduce the surrounding attractions and restaurants, and there is also a shuttle bus to the parking lot for pick-up.

The price of two nights in the off-season is equivalent to the price of a normal night. The hair dryer is Dyson, and the toiletries are all from the laboratory. There are also beer + drinks in the mini bar, freshly ground coffee, and freshly made bread (forgot to take a picture). The sea salt rolls are super delicious, and the scones are also good, not sweet at all, which suits my taste. The whole homestay is very quiet, close to the Yellow River, and there are trails. If there are many people at night, you can drink, eat barbecue and watch the stars by the Yellow River. The service of private butler Xiaoying is really excellent. She will contact the guests about three days before you check in and help arrange some matters, such as car pick-up, introduction of food, drink and entertainment nearby, food, drink and entertainment in Zhongwei, and travel photography needs. She will also recommend it. After check-in, she will also take meticulous care of the guests. She deserves 100 points. Such a niche place is highly recommended for family and couple travel. If you go to Zhongwei, you must stay at Huanghe Suji to experience the local traditional customs.

A very satisfying accommodation experience. During the May Day holiday, the entire Suji was basically full. At first, I didn't pay any attention to Xipo (because it was full 😂), but later on the 28th or 29th, Ctrip suddenly recommended it to me (someone had canceled a room), so I immediately placed an order without hesitation for one night (although it was a bit extravagant for traveling alone... But life is about experiencing all kinds of unknown experiences). Let me talk about my impression of the homestay. Xipo is at the end of Suji, the first one you enter Suji, with a convenient location; the house has a typical rammed earth exterior and a small courtyard; the furnishings in the house are the simple style I like. None of the facilities are flashy and redundant; it is clean and tidy, and the service is extremely efficient and enthusiastic. The housekeeper Yaoyao asked about the itinerary enthusiastically before arriving at the homestay. Knowing that I was traveling alone, she told me to reply to the message when I got home. Helped me contact the taxi driver in advance and arranged everything... The small Suji has services that are no less than any high-end hotel (especially compared to the Sheraton where I stayed for the first three nights in Yinchuan😥). When I left, they also gave me a small gift😘😘Although the weather was bad, thanks to Xipo, this trip to Zhongwei can be a perfect end. I will come again next time if I have the chance, and I will recommend it to other friends😘😘😘

Every detail makes people feel warm. If you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle, this is the most reassuring home on the desert journey, highly recommended!

We were well taken care of in Xipo! We were so satisfied! Before we checked in, the housekeeper Yaoyao sent us various tips on surrounding tours and temperature difference sun protection. After we checked in, we felt the thoughtfulness of all the staff. Yaoyao knew that our car was at 4 pm, so she specially applied for a late check-out for us! The staff in the bakery also sent us freshly baked bread for us to taste! The coffee was also very delicious and rich. I had to have a cup every day hahahaha.
