Very clean and new hotel. Staff was friendly and helpfull especially receptionist lady name Daisy. She was attentive and professional. Enjoy my stay and will be back if I go to Zhongshan again.

我們一共定了5個房間4個晚上
雙床房空間更大，大床房相對小一點
洗浴設施都很好
早餐也選擇多
大家是住得舒適
吃得滿意
又玩得開心

提前十天左右溝通好要的相鄰房間，非要來個夾在電梯過道中間的左右房間。打電話和他們溝通，一個男的服務差的要命，説解決不了，還問我想要怎麼解決，真不知道怎麼培訓的，後來換了另一個女的幫忙解決的。
換房後，房卡也是給錯打不開的。又等半天才送過來。第二天出去玩完回來房間又打不開，又去前台重新激活。一個房卡都能折騰幾次。
房間隔音又是特別差，隔壁洗澡的水龍頭聲音都可以聽得一清二楚。空調也是熱到不行。
小童浴盆也沒有，小童床圍也沒有，對小童來説也別不友好。
酒店裝修整體挺新的，其他真的太強差人意了。

前台服務特別周到，小姐姐們笑容滿面，辦理入住迅速又貼心，還主動幫忙解答各種問題，讓人一到就感覺特別温暖～
特別要誇一誇Fanny，笑容陽光又甜美，服務也超級棒，提前幫我安排好房間。
房間設施很新，打掃得乾淨整潔，床墊和枕頭超級舒服，晚上睡得特別香。細節也做得很到位，充電插口很多，淋浴水壓也超給力。
早餐必須誇一誇！品種超級豐富，從中式熱菜、現煮麪點到西式麪包、沙拉水果樣樣俱全，味道都很在線，每天早起就為了這頓～
整體體驗感真的很好，性價比超高，強烈推薦給大家，下次來還會毫不猶豫選擇這裏！

設施：很新，週六晚上9點多到的酒店，當時沒啥人，結果不少半小時酒店大堂就排滿了來checkin的人，我是被前台的裝修風格吸引訂的酒店，看房間照片感覺一般般，但實際住進來，感覺傢俱還是很低調很有質感的，不是那種廉價的裝修。房間非常舒適，美中不足是枕頭支撐力不夠好。
隔音：謝謝前台小姐姐幫我安排了一個相對安靜的樓層與房間，感覺酒店本身隔音也做的不錯，這個太重要了，早上能聽到車流聲，當時整體還是很滿意的！
停車：免費停車，車位充足，跟凱德里酒店共用一個停車場。
環境：酒店在高價橋隔壁，地理位置稍偏，但離愛羣飯店，根叔燒烤，上上簽比較近，這兩個網紅燒烤and奶茶可以叫到外賣。看到有人叫了一大堆澤田本家的銅鑼燒。
還有個小插曲，最開始收500按金，比酒店房價本身都高了，覺得不合理，但經過溝通之後很快就退回了。不得不説還是感謝你們願意站在客人的立場去調整服務的。十分nice！

服務：入住前台4-5個人，辦理速度真的慢的要死，我排隊了，一個女的叫我等一下，我坐一邊了，等了差不多20分鐘終於前台沒人了，我坐在旁邊也不通知我可以了，幾個人不知道在幹什麼，我説一句到我了嗎？才説不好意思忘記了，根本沒心思放客户心裏，也不知道他們店長怎麼管理酒店的，上午吃早餐也是，看着還有兩個人在用餐，我去到問能不能用餐，就説沒有了收檔了，很明顯還有客人在吃，一點人性化體驗都沒，經過大堂服務員也不會主動打招呼的，服務真的差的是我最不好的體驗
環境：地下停車場環境一般，還是毛坯的水泥地，酒店整體還是味道很大，感覺到一股裝修的味道
衞生：真的是無語的，拿浴巾時候看到地下一衹死蟑螂，這衞生能不管的？還有腿也給蚊子咬了兩個包包，反正失望透了
設施：明明在備註上面註明要安靜不要靠電梯的房，最後也是安排最接近電梯的，晚上睡覺房間的空調也是噪音大，空調整晚呼呼聲不停

1301房間的玻璃形如虛設，一點也不隔音！就如在車來車往的馬路上睡一樣，深夜凌晨一點不減車流量，酒店旁邊就是高架高速路。洗臉刷牙出的衹能選熱水！房間不是一般的熱，空調製冷一點也不行，假如你外出回到房間，空調調到16度三四小時房間還是好悶熱，之後一直顯示22度，22度不是你想象的22度，房間實際是26 ～27度吧，一點也不涼快，這是南方，不是北方 ！辦理入住也好慢，一點也不專業！早餐品種好少。從來沒住過那麼差的希爾頓酒店！太失望了
