1.房間沒有冷氣沒有送風，空調衹有熱風。白天屋內問題至少26度以上。開門開窗通風，門還是壞的沒辦法卡主長開 11月6日剛剛開業得酒店
2.晚上六點多來檢查打掃衞生情況，服務員敲門跟報喪一樣，一樣敲。更無法離開得是，沒得到答覆得情況下，直接用房卡把房門打開。希爾頓啊，這可是掛着希爾頓的酒店
3.當天值班經理來道歉，這事也就過去了。不跟你們計較。第二天用早餐當天值班經理又來説這個事，還是沒弄明白什麼原因就過來説一通。一天美好得心情就這樣沒了

前台Star經理服務很細緻周到，入住流程辦的很快，一進酒店能看到前台很熱情打招呼，還給送到電梯，禮賓小夥幫拿行李，非常好，房間很大，雖然是新酒店沒有味道，朝陽，很暖和
