我對這家店真是100個滿意，
服務：超級用心，老闆接站送機，管家式服務，關鍵還自帶一家超級好吃的侗族米粉館
設施：齊全，啥都備了，衹有你想不到，沒有他們沒有的
衞生：乾淨
環境：超級漂亮，一步一景，花花草草，早上起床就看到老闆娘指揮員工給花盆挪來挪去地造景，真是費了好一番心思，唯一扣的半顆星，是因為外面蚊蟲多，屋裡電蚊香還可以

設施很新的酒店，衞浴乾濕分離，房間也很大。整個酒店古色古香很多花草，早餐的米粉店還是網紅店喲，味道不錯，離店時還送了小食包，很感謝，有機會再來芷江還選擇這裏。

第一次入住這家客棧，整體感覺很不錯，客棧重新裝修，房間跟洗手間都挺大的，乾淨衞生沒有異味，傢俱都是紅木的，有種古色古香的感覺，出了房門就像在花園一樣，到處都能看到紅花綠葉，早上還能聽到鳥兒的歌聲，晚上睡覺也不吵，有免費的停車場，前台小姐姐人美服務態度好，有什麼問題都會第一時間幫忙解決，以後過來還會住這裏。

雖然離中心稍微遠了點，到時候到景點自己開車過去就幾分鐘。酒店有自己的停車場，停車方便。環境很好，尤其喜歡老闆自己種的各種的盆景🪴，各種各樣的金蛋子，夏天的綉球也很漂亮。酒店還有自己的餐飲店

客棧環境清幽，樓下就是庭院、餐廳，吃飯方便，下樓就能品嚐到芷江必嘗的芷江鴨，味道很不錯，紙包雞也很好吃。離景點高速都很近，帶父母孩子出行，自駕十分便利！

環境還可以，院子也還不錯，老闆服務態度很好，可能是前幾年疫情影響嚴重，沒什麼顧客，房間設施好多都有問題，也沒維修，窗子淋浴都是壞的，
