剛到酒店時趕上下雨，行李箱沾了不少泥，還沒等我開口，前台小哥就主動遞來紙巾和濕巾，笑着説“先擦擦手，別弄濕衣服”；辦理入住時，他沒機械念流程，反而特意提醒我“咱們電梯旁有免費的瓶裝水，樓道盡頭有洗衣房，需要洗衣液可以找我拿”，連我沒問的細節都考慮到了。第二天臨時要修改退房時間，我抱着試試看的心態去前台溝通，小姐姐二話沒説就幫忙協調，還怕我趕時間，提前幫我把發票開好。全程沒有一句敷衍的“好的”“知道了”，每句話都帶着真誠的温度，這種被放在心上的感覺，比住得舒服更讓人難忘！

這次入住的酒店真是不錯！提前到店想寄存行李，前台小哥特別熱情，幫忙拿行李，還主動告知附近景點的情況。房間也很大，特別整潔，桌面、窗台沒一點灰塵，床品柔軟不塌，住了兩晚都沒覺得腰痠。衞生間乾濕分離做得好，熱水來得快還穩定。電梯坐到一樓就有商場，買東西很方便。退房時還幫忙拿了行李上車，細節特別暖。下次來這座城市，還會優先選這兒！

這次來出差選的這家酒店太驚喜了！從進門開始體驗就很舒服，前台小姐姐效率很高，核對訊息、辦入住幾分鐘就搞定，還主動問要不要幫忙升級高樓層的房間，視野更好。房間比圖片裏看着還整潔，地板擦得鋥亮，窗户透光特別好，陽光照進來特別敞亮。床品摸着手感很軟，蓋着不悶汗，出差累了一天，倒頭就睡了個安穩覺。位置也特別方便，下樓走三分鐘就是商場，離車站也近。酒店裡的早餐，種類超級豐富，食材新鮮，超級美味，房間的細節做得也到位，衞生間備了一次性洗漱包，連卸粧棉都有，特別貼心。下次來這邊，肯定還選這家！
