在鎮雄能住到這麼好的酒店，真是超出我的期望，房間的裝修風格非常奈斯，全語音智能管家式服務，就連馬桶也是智能的，前台服務很好，很貼心，天氣冷主動為我送上熱水，第一次入住還免費為我升級房型。客房打掃衞生很細節，想找出點問題都是很難，早餐很豐盛且出品新鮮，還有免費的自助宵夜。真心推介，平安夜還過來入住。

帶娃入住這家酒店，感覺很舒心，前台小姐姐很熱情貼心，主動提供倒水服務，禮賓幫忙拿行李，房間有小童用品，小童拖鞋和小牙刷，細節特別到位。周邊有購物中心，步行就能到，飯後帶娃散步買東西很方便。房間還送了水果切盤，娃吃得特別開心，帶娃住這種酒店，真的太合適了。

房間的洗澡間漏水，洗澡的時候外面地上全是水，酒店打電話給前台服務，晚上回來都沒有給迴應。服務員的意識都需要培訓，而且存在價格欺詐，我們訂酒店和套房一起定，2580一個晚上，離店就降價，還要説我們要折扣定兩天的房間，但是提前離店不退款，我不是第一天定五星酒店，你們這種級別的服務不配説五星，體驗感太差了。

酒店設施設備很好，房間內地毯乾淨、衞生間整體大理石很上檔次，衞生間乾濕分離使用起來方便。床品乾淨整潔，電動窗簾、電動馬桶，整體水平四星的樣子。房間送了果盤，還有夜宵（沒吃）。我們的房間臨馬路，晚上過往車輛稍微有點吵。
