我還是第一次遇見前一天晚上訂的酒店，第二天中午就不能取消了的，凌晨1點44定的房間，平台顯示酒店那邊1點44已經確認，平台條約説一經確認就無法取消訂單，👍，預訂即確定唄。我本來以為我們是三個人來玩所以定了間三人房，後來臨時多了個朋友，想換個合適點的四人間，結果不讓取消，那我們怎麼辦三人間住不了這訂酒店的費用就活該打水漂唄。聯繫客服也是態度令人無語，平台根本不把消費者的利益放眼裡，已經涉嫌構成不合理的霸王條約。然後聯繫客服衹會跟你説會聯繫專員給你處理，然後所謂的“專員”就來跟你打電話了，就壓根沒有解決問題的想法和態度，衹會一直跟你説已經盡力在跟酒店那邊爭取了，然後還是解決不了，你跟她理論她還有點脾氣了講話不帶好氣的，而且我們到了酒店前台，酒店前台也跟我們説這不是他們酒店可以決定的這是平台要求和規定的他們也沒辦法，跟前台溝通了很久最後給我們換了間四人間，最後我説我要投訴客服就跟我説補償100元優惠券可以下次訂酒店用，結果後來我問100元券什麼時候可以入賬這時候跟我説你們已經正常入住了就沒有100元優惠券了就沒有任何補償了，我滴媽我真是對平台對這個平台的客服無語了，同程真是狗都不用

有被經驗到，感覺整體都不錯，幾個女孩子入住也覺得挺舒服的
衞生：衞生間也很乾凈
環境：開門的一瞬間就覺得很乾凈，這點非常好，而且還有冰箱，有吃有喝的，省了外出或是叫外賣，感覺還不錯
周邊有商業小吃，下樓就可以逛逛小吃街的感覺真好！
