房間環境還可以，位置上離火車站特別近，就是電視信號不太好，看節目有點卡頓。

房間面積比較小，不過所有的東西都比較齊全，房間裏面的床單被套也比較乾淨。優點：距離鄭州火車的東廣場特別近，出站走過去衹要3分鐘，公交出行也特別方便。缺點：1.空調噪音很大，晚上必須關掉，不然特別吵。2.花灑洗澡會把毛巾、坐便器等物品弄濕了，沒有浴簾。

房間四處可見明顯灰塵，沒有確實打掃衛生，原先訂兩天看到這狀況，馬上退掉第二天的
服務態度上 只屬於櫃檯有人沒有額外服務，門口坐著一位人員，看到顧客提大件行李箱又必須手動開玻璃門，但並未主動幫忙
