DoubleTree by Hilton Zhengzhou East

It's very close to Zhengzhou East Station and the Mixue Ice City flagship store, but Zhengzhou East Station is huge, so even a short half-hour's notice would mean you're late! The hotel is new and very clean, but the price is outrageous! I booked a room on Ctrip for over 580 yuan per night without breakfast, but I saw a listing on Tik Tok while I was at the hotel for 399 yuan per night with breakfast for one person. The difference was so huge, it was really frustrating! The most infuriating thing was that it rained at night. We were staying on the 15th floor, above the executive corridor, and the sound of the rain was like an earthquake! At 3 a.m., a drill blasted from nowhere, waking all three of us up. We had to get up early to catch the high-speed train, so we couldn't sleep. It was so frustrating!

The hotel is too new and the carpet smells a bit strong. I asked for an air purifier and it was delivered quickly. The spicy hot pot in Zhengzhou is really good. Only the Henan Theater is really good. There is a flagship store of Snow King next to it, which is worth checking out.

The service is very good! Bring the children here, the swimming pool is very clean

Lucy, the front desk lady, was very welcoming and attentive. The hotel is close to Zhengzhou East Station and has a rich breakfast.

It was very good. I even got a free room upgrade. The service was very thoughtful and considerate. The food was delicious. I will come again next time.

This is the worst DoubleTree by Hilton I've stayed at so far. 1. The bathroom faucet was broken, only halfway flowing. I called the waiter, who said I had to push it down hard to get it to work, but they wouldn't fix it. The water level was so low I couldn't even rinse my short hair. 2. I requested a room near the elevator on Ctrip, but I was given two rooms in the farthest corner from the elevator. 3. There was no warm service at all. No cookies were given upon check-in or check-out. 4. There were so many waiters in and out of the lobby, but there wasn't a single one to open the door or take my luggage. 5. During breakfast, the lobby manager was standing in a crowd at the entrance, playing on their phones and walking like a ********. I was stared at all the time while eating breakfast. It was a very bad experience.
