首先第一點下面圖片中可以見到在這個房間的床上發現了蟲子
這個酒店的早餐屬於那種比較差的都不如漢廷之類的，我不知道是怎麼評上攜程四鑽的
第三這個酒店有一點好處，就是他夜裡9:00到11:00管一碗麪，這個麪的味道也不錯，而且這個服務真的很貼心
第四他在酒店的整體描述當中説了不再收取按金，但是還是收了我¥200的按金
第五，他把免費的兩瓶礦泉水擱到床頭櫃上，然後再一進去玄關最顯眼的位置，放了許多小零食和許多水，在鄭州這個地方300塊錢的價格，我認為屬於中等的價格，我本以為是提供的零食和水供免費飲用，結果發現後面付了一個價格表，在最有的地方的水溝臨時全是收費的，然後免費的水放到床頭櫃上，非常不起眼
再然後就是在攜程上付全款的用户是需要交按金的，但是信用付款的用户反而不交按金，此説法不知道是否屬實，反正客服是這樣回覆的，但是在酒店的描述當中已經提及過從二三年開始都不再收取按金
最後提點建議就是酒店可以再多加，哪怕35是¥100的價格，但是把提供的飲料呀水壓全部免費提供，這樣的話可能會評價更好一些，而不是再去單獨收益費比外面高很多的價格的表單

設施：屬於常規老酒店的裝修，隔音極差

環境：總體來説還滿意
服務：極差的，隔壁有客人喝酒打牌，10點多還吵吵鬧鬧打牌幹啥的，告訴前台勸阻，前台很久沒有迴音，經多次催促，回覆説了但別人不聽。結果導致凌晨兩三點沒睡着。關鍵還影響第二天考試。實在讓人惱火，為啥別的客人你管不了就讓我們承擔後果。提出拒首日房費還不同意，你們服務不到位影響客人休息，還不妥善及時處理，我們沒有索要精神賠償就不錯了，首日房費還不免除，200多其實不算啥，酒店服務可見一斑。最終還是在攜程的協調下解決問題。給會員提供了最大的支持和幫助。

酒店差不多，外面看起來有點舊，畢竟是個老酒店。但是大廳還是比較氣派了。穹頂似的裝修，非常上檔次。不愧是老牌子酒店。大廳還有一個茶台，非常舒服。房間乾淨整潔、設施齊全，性價比太高了!電視可以投屏。服務態度蠻好的，早餐也很豐盛。下次還會住這裏。

酒店環境很好，離海洋館也很近，地鐵可以直接到，前台的服務也非常好，一到酒店就有茶水點心送上來，房間也很寬敞舒適，而且礦泉水也是免費無限量供應，入住的非常舒心，交通也很方便，值得推薦

設施:智能化設備，房間的窗簾和燈光都可以通過小度語音控制，還可以放喜歡音樂，中央空調，床墊睡着真的很舒服，房間的軟枕真的還不錯
衞生:房間打掃的還是很乾凈的。
環境:簡潔明快，寬敞舒適，地方還是蠻好的，還有免費的停車場跟洗衣房。
服務:前台服務員很熱情，入住還送了水果，退房的時候還送了兩瓶水，下次會經常來住的
