從下車就幫拿行李，到登記入住，送行李到房間，入住有附歡迎水果，整個房間的佈局不錯，住的也舒服。整體來説，各方面都符合五星級酒店該提供的服務。

半夜入住，龍頭壞的，服務員帶了工程部的人花了30分鐘修好，把衞生間踩的一塌糊塗。房間的空調幾乎就是沒有，房間永遠是28度，熱**，作為洲際，實在是垃圾
