空調是壞的，投影儀也打不開，拍的有視頻為證，半夜聯繫不上主管，第二天才回覆了非常敷衍沒用的話，想要延遲退房讓我付費加好評再補延遲費，三點才讓入住，不允許二點退房，現在又不是旺季，如果旺季肯定能理解啊，主管嘴裏衹有解釋沒有可以解決的方式，最後怕我給差評又説可以讓我延遲到3:00了，既然一早就有房間可以延遲，為什麼非要為難別人呢？我也沒有延遲，我12:00多就走了。衞生和房間設施都很一般，這個價錢不值得，腿腳不方便的，不建議訂，樓梯非常危險。不小心會滾下來。
