Check in was quick and welcoming. Accepts foreigners. The room was very clean and shower worked well. Location is good too. The breakfast was good with plenty of options….except not a single cold beverage. Juice, milk…all hot. one cold drink option would be appreciated.

This is the worst Ramada I have ever stayed in. The customer service attitude is poor, the room facilities are not complete, and the housekeeping and front desk are not aware of it. After complaining, there was no apology or repentance. Never think that every Ramada is the Ramada in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. This Ramada is not worth the price. A room with incomplete facilities should be removed from the shelves instead of being sold to innocent consumers.

The best hotel in Zhenghe County, just opened for a year, the facilities are relatively new, but the room is dark, and the ceiling light switch can't be found, but it doesn't affect much. The hygiene is OK, and the service is very average. Although there are not many breakfast options, the flat meat tastes good. The overall cost performance is good, a good choice for business travel!
