隔音非常差，臨街不臨街都很吵，吵到很晚。早餐挺豐富但是不怎麼好吃。酒店晾衣架掉色，順手洗了一件真絲襯衫直接白色被染成黃的，跟前台反應後直接來一句：“是嗎？出現過這個情況啊，我跟經理反應一下。”就去忙自己的了。一句道歉沒有，一句詢問沒有。就這種服務意識早晚要完。

第二次入住了，酒店位於商業街，很多吃的商鋪，酒店旁邊有個停車場，停車方便，但開車不能導航到“萬豐大酒店”，我還是被導錯，需要導航到勝利街5號。

R還是電梯餐館問題。你們酒店的電梯就這兩個，為啥總是餐館的臟水，餐館的垃圾在進出。這臟水走出去你們每個樓層包括大廳地板都臟了
建議徹底解決方案你們參考：
1限制餐館使用這兩個電梯，餐館任何人和東西都衹能從餐館自己的電梯。
或2把兩個電梯的設定不停餐館樓層。在餐館樓層的電梯按鈕用木板貼擋。
或3把一個電梯標明貨梯，在餐館那層樓衹開放一個貨梯按鈕可以按，另一個電梯設定不停餐館那層。這個貨梯的保潔工作由餐館負責，如果餐館還是這樣臟，你們旅館收額外的保潔費，多的收入補貼給你們旅館的保潔阿姨或保安負責確保電梯的乾淨 沒臟水 不發臭。
